I spent in excess of $5000 in this store for vynil flooring and carpet. When expected to come home to my beautiful new floor I found the carpet was partially ripped up; I was left with sub-flooring nails, staples, and splinters to walk on. The install failed no one called or followed up to help. Ginny the expedite person left and went home I came to her for resolution or refund. The store manager Al never responded to my request for assistance. A horrible experience Feb. 6, 2018 forward.

This Home depot, like all the other Home depots are woefully understaffed, by design, making the customers shopping experience less than satisfactory. Long gone are the days when Home depot hired experienced tradesman to assist the customers. These days you would be hard pressed to find an employee willing to assist you and if you did find one chances are you would know more about the product or project they they do. I usually look up the product online to find where it is located in the store. If you don`t then good luck finding someone to help you.

I just wrote a review on the previous page but I'll gladly write it here also. I was shopping yesterday (Valentine's Day) for a gift for my sister who has just moved back into her home after losing all to Hurricane Irma. I had chosen a beautiful Hampton Bay bistro set - but I was having trouble getting to check out - and I needed assistance with getting this to my car. I'm elderly and it was too heavy for me. One of your store associates - Nicki (Nicole) - saw me struggling and took me to her register and checked me out - and then she pushed my buggy out to my car - unloaded this near 50 pound box and 2 chairs and pads - got everything safe and secure in my chair and did it all with courtesy and a smile. She was wonderful! Ya'll need to double her pay - How do you spell kindness? NICKI!!!

Recency Home Depot Is the best place for Small Business to receive the most help to get the Job done. We can not make it happen with out Pro Desk!!

We had a great experience at the kitchen design desk with Vicki. She was great! We got mjuch better service and value at Home Depot than we tried to get at the "blue place".

brian,cat,pam and kabala are awesome people but luke could use some more training in customer service.

The ladies that work at the pro desk are very friendly, and never hesitate to go out of there way to make sure your shopping experince is fast and easy.After dealing with Miss Pam ,Cat and Kabala , I pass up other home improvement stores to go to lane ave HomeDepot.

I had an awesome experience buying a refrigerator due mainly by the saleslady, Pamela Simmons. What an outstanding employee who took great pride in helping me find and purchase what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products and friendly and caring attitude is what I remember most. During the entire visit there she stayed with me answering all of my questions and treating me as if I were the only one in the store. Thanks Pamela for your help...

customer service is outstanding

This store was very clean, very confident to shop and very organized.

this location has plenty of parking space ,quick checkout lanes and friendly employee's that are willing to help finding items and loading.

Since I became a home owner,home depot on lane avehas become my go-to place for every thing I need. My garden is like a sanctuary with beautiful plants , trees and flowers. They mixed paints for my interior color schemes and we had a great time at a painting party. One of the best things about this store is the return policy- hassle free.

Make sure you get associate name. Above all, when purchasing by phone, that a visual of item is done and tagged immediately. Don't spend 3 hours waiting like I did to find out they don't have any !

We have had the most outstanding experience with Home Depot on Lane's and will continue to go there. Our experience has been outstanding with a young lady that always has a smile and keeps her attitude toward her job in a excellent manner at all time. You need help seek Danielle at the customer service area. She is a big asset to Home Depot and we have been dealing with her through the whole renovation of our home. Over 6 months and will be continueing till the job is completed. Danielle is a wonderful person with great sprit.

Definitely staffed for the holiday weekend. The Behr rep and the paint department were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional.

I had a ton of questions dealing with water softeners and plumbing and the like. The employee I spoke with could not have been more knowledgeable or friendly. The first time in a very long time that I felt like my business was actually important to the store. Very, very helpful and courteous.

Store seems understaffed and the in-stock remodel items are few. A bathroom remodel project led me to go to other Home Depot stores and their competitors. This store seems to carry none of the higher ticket items. I guess they think us westsiders are too poor.

This is a really good Home Depot and they tend to have the things I need.

Customer Service department is rude and unknowledgeable.

Alvin, Taylor, and JW, in the tool rental department, were excellent gentlemen. They went above and beyond to help me change a blade on my edger. Alvin went out of his way to search helpful videos. Taylor used his expertise to help me out, and JW used his tools to remove and replace my blade. Great gentlemen who went out of their way to help me out on the spot. Great store to visit.

I received the best customer service from the paint department. The employees were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect colors by color matching and the correct amount of paint.

It's always great when I can come into a store and be greeted and helped with what ever I may need or even if I don't need help I am still checked on by a employee to show my service is valued when I come into the store.. I am thankful for you guys keep up the great work.
