We have visited this store on several occasions and have always received the help needed with a friendly attitude.We are building our own home and have always found the products needed to complete the job at hand

It is good to have a Home Depot in our area. Convienient to pick up what you need.

The Home Depot has almost everything that you would want in a hardware/lumber/holiday things store. The workers are always happy to help you, and if they can't answer your question or help you, they find someone who can. Very satisfied!

The associate was helpful and courteous. Several buggies were in the aisles. An unattended step ladder was on another aisle. I had to take other aisles to reach my area of supplies.

We ordered new countertops. The associate was very helpful and very friendly. Not in a hurry to get rid of us. Made time for all our questions and needs.

I was very pleased with my visit. The store clerks were very helpful. The only store I buy my building materials.

I needed help with purchasing some lumber and the associate that assisted me was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that the lumber department wasn't his specialty but that he would gladly assist, and did so! He was very friendly and approachable. I didn't have to ask for assistance, as he approached me first to see if I needed help. The cashier that checked me out also was extremely friendly, as well as the three who helped me to load my truck! They seemed to all enjoy their jobs and it showed in their customer service!

I needed a shelf for a closet and looked in the area of shelving. I was unable to find the size I needed and asked a salesperson. She told me they would cut me a shelf over in the lumber department. I went to that department and without any problem an associate helped me find the material and cut the shelf. I was very pleased.

This was a wonderful shopping trip.... I found everything that I needed,,, this is just one of many trips I take at the home depot.... They always have everything I need.. The associates are always helpful.

The store is centrally located and clean, employees very helpful, and overall a good selection of products for home and garded products.

Although I had to wait for a few minutes for assistance from associate, when it was my turn the associate was friendly, helpful, took his time with me and I did not feel rushed in any way. An overall excellent experience.

A thunderstorm was coming, and I was in a big hurry to do a simple grass planting job. The lady who helped me use the self-checkout was very nice, and the store's signs marked the way to the items I was shopping for, so my shopping experience was great!

The lady who checked me out used the express checkout and it was fast and easy. It's a great idea for all stores to have more of these checkouts !!!

This is a great store , just had an issue with the guy who started helping my husband load the items in the first cart and then walked away to help someone else . Then came back to us after I finished helping my husband unload both carts , he came back wanting us to give him money !!! All we had was $ 10 cash so I gave it to him . I did not want any problems . I felt very uncomfortable. When we got to our destination , both my husband and I were real mad at the way we were treated as well as how this guy made us feel so uncomfortable, asking for money !

The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. I was able to locate all my purchases without assistance and also able to browse the Halloween decorations.

The store was very clean, easy to read signs and helpful associates. The customer service desk was training an employee, but she was able to check me out in just a few minutes.

There is a new check out option called the POD. It was as fast as it could be. My trip to the Home Depot was quick and efficient. Thanks HD!

Wished we had a Home Depot In Cullman but Im more than willing to travel to Jasper to get the materials I need. The associates are more prompt in loading and acquiring the products I have purchased than other places I have shopped in the past few months! I am building a house and Home Depot has been better about having the materials at a better price!!

I've shopped this home depot location for the past ten years for all my diy projects, from the garden center to the rental equipment side of this store and all areas in between, I haven't had a bad store visit yet. Great job and thank you for all that you do.
