I really like shopping at Home Depot! they hire such friendly people, it's always a pleasure. I use to hate going to self checkout but you don't even have to do it yourself because they'll do it for you!

The Customer Service that I have received at this store has been consistently GREAT. Good employees and Great Attitude. This is why I come to Home Depot!

The store was very busy on the Saturday I was shopping. The paint counter was as well. During my wait at the paint counter there was a paint spill at the registers by a customer. The young employee who was serving me did an amazing job of multi-tasking! He was helping to coordinate the clean up while taking care of me and one other customer. My paint was ready in a timely manner and with friendly service!!!

Everything I've been in this store I was always greeted with a smile and someone always wanted to help me find what I wanted and the store has always clean.

Friendly helpful staff make me feel like my business is appreciated and help my shopping experience to go faster while making the best choices for my project.

After having our blinkers on for 1 1/2 hours waiting for landscape blocks to be brought out to load into our trailer, our battery died. Kai helped us find an employee who had a truck that helped us jump our truck. My husband so wanted to tip them for his help as a kind human being, but they would not take it as employees, this was well beyond work expectations, it would have cost us plenty to pay someone to bring us a new battery or come jump start us. Thanks and a big shout out to Kai, Carter, Zack and Alexa for your help!!!!

She greeted me and asked questions to find what out, likes and dislikes in appliances. We sat down and she helped me order appliances. Making me feel very comfortable. See I have a lung disease, so it makes it hard to breath and communicate at times. She had great empathy, because she had lost a one of her three child. Never have I been given that customer care, that I recieved that day. And will be going back to see her. Her customer service was impeccable, if only other stores could strive to have that friendly, caring atmosphere.

He was either very short with us or repeating himself several times. We will not purchase paint from Home Depot.

There are products everywhere, difficulty navigating isles as there is so much stuff they don't have room for. Lumber on the other hand is slim pickings. We shop here all the time and the store has definitely lost most of it's appeal.

Except the Pro desk which had a Long line no other checkouts were open except self checkout. I tried to use the coupon that arrived in the mail but got “invalid scan” ask for help and they tried once said “Sorry” and walked away.

When you shop this store be sure to bring your own help to load your lumber or large objects when you buy them

Customer service is important at this store and it shows. Makes it an easy choice of where to go first.

Sue the cashier was very customer friendly and had a great approach about her. She tried to go beyond when I had a problem but there was not much you can do. She deserves a that a boy

It seems like every time I shop at Home Depot the staff understands what I need.

Excellent store. They provide everything we need. Vastly superior to Lowe’s in my opinion.

Unfortunately, the cashier was not friendly and had an attitude towards me. Not sure if i was racial profiled but I was not attended in a friendly manner by this individual. Very disappointed to be treated like this by a cashier of home depot.

Cashier was super rude because my young toddler was helping and “held up the line” so she yanked things out of her hands and left her in tears. Her name was Susan. Older lady with glasses. Avoid her especially if you have children. She is not friendly at all.

Friendliest kind employees I've ever run across, in fact if it was closer to my home I would enjoy getting to know some of the employees better and maybe becoming friends with some of them! I've never felt so welcome or comfortable in a store as I did there! I use a power wheelchair and have a service dog. Thanks to them folks down there! Sincerely Robert

I find products at Home Depot that I can't find in other stores. This is a great place to shop for products for your home.

MARK ALWAYS ASKS US HOW PRODUCTS FROM PREVIOUS ARE WORKING . HE THEN ASKS WHAT WE NEED TAKES US TO THE PRODUCTS AND GIVES US TIPS SO WE SUCCESFULLY COMPLETE OUR PROJECTS .

Sometimes you don't get the usual Home Depot experience, but this was exceptionally bad, from tracking down assistance more than once, a rude cashier insinuating that I didn't need to apply for a Home Depot card, to having unruly people linger in and around the checkout trying to put unpaid items in my cart and taking them out with my stuff with no staff assistance...would recommend Pittsburg or a different Home Depot.

Store layout and cleanliness are acceptable. What always gets me is how nice every employee is. Each time we go, we have a very friendly conversation at checkout. Employees are also eager to succinctly guide us when we need assistance.

I shop regularly at home depot and what I'm looking for is easy to find and the customer is very satisfactory. I would highly recommend everyone to shop there.

This store greatly impressed us during the pandemic. It had personal protection supplies in sufficient quantities long before their competitors. Their sales associates have been extremely helpful in answering our questions about current products or products purchased in the past. They have been helpful and efficient. We live between Joplin and Tulsa, but prefer the Joplin store.
