SAM in aisle 63 does a Fantastic job merchandising her section! Her entire aisle was full and faced making everything visible and accessible. Lots of sales are missed when product is the back room and Sam is doing the most growing business in her section for this location!

I cannot express enough how amazing, manager Roxanne has been to us. My colleague and I are teachers at Ewa Makai Middle school and just started a school garden this year. It has definitely been a roller coaster ride and while we were able to secure some grant money, there were still many times we pulled from it own funds to supplement. With the enormously generous donation provided by Roxanne and her staff, we are now able to build planter boxes to take our little garden to the next level and implement a community seedling giveaway! So that the knowledge our kids gain can then be taken back with them to their families in the Ewa Community. We will definitely be sharing about our experience at Home Depot to all our colleagues and we’ll be sure to give your company credit as part of our sponsors for the giveaway event. I spend a lot of money at HD as part of my business. But recently they stopped offering the 10% discount on wood products. Wood prices have in some cases doubled or tripled during covid and seems like more reason to maintain the 10% discount.

Exceptional service with Kimo purchasing a refrigerator in the Kapolei store. I also had Exceptional service with the online chat prior to going into the store.

The cashier, Fuarosa (or "Rosa" as her name tag said) was not only helpful, but she was also exceedingly delightful as she processed my payment. It's been a heck of a long week, and I needed to grab some water for our home and my office. And, though I did not want to make the extra stop at Home Depot, we were pretty low on bottled water. As I went through the checkout, I noticed that Rosa seemed to be SINCERELY pleasant to everyone. Her sincerity is the reason I am completing this review.

I bought some vacuums a week ago and am so happy with them

Every time I visit The Home Depot the welcome is warm and sincere. The assistance is remarkably personal, The Home Depot associates always take an interest in making sure my needs are met. Most recently I was looking for Fire Pit/BBQ wood logs and found them but were located three shelves off up from the floor. A Home Depot associate Precilla quickly retrieved a latter to get the bags of wood. What was really impressive was Precilla is small in stature and without hesitation climbed the latter and negotiated those approximately 15lb bags down to me. For me this was an AWESOME GUEST EXPERIENCE

I bought kitchen and bathroom remodel and am very excited for the installation soon. I was very pleased with the wide selection of tiles and countertops, also pleased with the excellent quality of cabinets and appliances.
