This store is so convenient and the people working this store seem to care about the customers to help them locate what they trying to find. The help was extremely fast, and the head cashier was aggressive in helping people get in an out in a timely manner

This is one store I will never shop at. Employees couldnt care less about their customers or provide something called service. I have been misled, lied to and given run around on several occasions. This has progressively gotten worst over the last year or so. Absolute disappointment!

After months of trying to figure out how to fix a problem with fittings under my sink as they were no longer available, Justin helped me piece together different types of fitting that worked out perfectly. I have been to every store you could think of and even ordered parts online that did not work out in the end. I'm so happy now to have my bathroom sink working again. Although everyone tried to help find a solution, Justin came through. Thank you Justin !

By far the worst Home Depot around, wasted over an hour of my time and didn’t get the help I needed. Incompetent workers.

Wished when people answer the phone for a department they would be familiar with policies of Home Depot. In my case what was needed was a price match on a sale item advertised until March 27, 2019. I was told by the person at the store it could not be handled by the store and had to be handled through homedepot.com. Did not appreciate the run around. However, homedepot.com did match the sale price but I was charged regular price for the extra Service Plan I purchased. Should have been charged $135.00 for sale item service and was charged $160.00 at a regular priced dishwasher. I do not know how to correct over charge now myself. Really, someone should have caught this during the price match differential status.

Store clean and well stocked. Floor people were very helpful in directing me to merchandise. Pro service was over the top quick in providing a quote. Cashier saved me money in offering a credit app.

I have been going to my local Home Depot for 20 years. I have always chose this store for its great products and friendly staff. Over the weekend I had the worst experience with the staff there. My husband and I along with my toddler went to get a new lawn mower, paint and other supplies for a face lift for our living area. While checking out we quickly realized we were going over our planned budget. Our total came out to almost $700, we decided to use some gift cards we had as well as cash to bring the price down before using our debit card to cover the rest. After we left the store and my husband was unloading the car, I realized we had not been credited the correct amount of cash. We had given casher $100 and she only credited $50.00. I sent my husband back in the store (not even 10 minutes after we had just checked out) he came back out furious, said the cashier accused him of lying and they weren't going to give us back our $50.00 owed. I went back in the store myself to talk to the manager. I was told the cashier did not remember receiving a $50.00 bill from me and all they could do was wait until the end of the night and if the till was $50.00 off I could come back and get my money owed. When I asked to speak to a manager, she called someone on the phone and told them "I have an upset customer here who says she is owed money. Yeah, she paid with 4 forms of payment for $400". So at this point I was insulted by accusing me of lying, then belittled for paying with multiple form of payment. Once again told they couldn't do anything till the end of the day when they could count the till. This was at 11 in the morning on a Sunday, so I decided to leave my phone number and wait to hear back. Next day, I hear nothing. I call the Home Depot asking about it, they say yes we have the $50.00 for you. My husband then has to go after work and pick up our $50.00 that was their mistake they could have fixed yesterday but was so sure we were lying made us wait till they could “count their till”. Not so much as an apology or effort for the inconvenience and error on their part when my husband had to go back the next day. Won't be going back now, there's other stores who will gladly take my money and respect me while doing it. What happened to the customers always right?

I've done LOTS of projects and improvements over the last few years, and this Home Depot has been the best! Most of the associates are very helpful and know their area of expertise, as well as where to locate everything in the store. I've had especially great service from Britta in the paint department. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and an expert at matching paint color! Seriously, she's incredible! Kent East Hill Home Depot is very fortunate to have a specialist like Britta in-house.
