Walked in to buy pieces for Christmas tree and was welcomed with joy of the employees!

I walked in and was asked if I needed help. I was also helped getting the product I wanted at a price that was great.

I bought stuff and when I needed help I always find a person that works their fast and they are friendly and always willing to help Cashiers Anna and Norma are awesome.

Very poor customer service at this unit! BAD ATTITUDES.

I went to La Habra Home Depot today to purchase plumbing items (big and small). Anna, the cashier helped me like she does all the time I go there. Anna is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you so much, Anna.

I hate shopping and dreaded having to shop for a new washer and dryer. Went to Home Depot La Habra with my husband and had an exceptional experience because of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable salesman. I highly recommend him. His name is Del and he will treat you like royalty. Actually I have always had good experiences at this store, but this time was worth mentioning. Thank you Del for making a dreaded trip into a pleasant one.

I brought a unopened Ryobi angle grinder that I couldn't find a receipt. Over the last 20.years my returns have been at the minimum. I was at the return register with Marisela first thing she said with a attitude home Depot doesn't take power tools back without a receipt. Extremely rude manager wouldnt help me too busy Leslie I found Leslie gossiping with other employees so I guess this is being busy. I was talked down management wasn't to busy to help me. Leslie is a poor example of a Mgr.

My favorite homedepot location!

This is my favorite Home Depot location. It's always clean, organized and well stocked. The staff at this location clearly enjoy their job as they go above and beyond to be helpful.

We needed some help and Bill in the garden area was very friendly and helpful with choosing the right plants for the area with the right type of pots and soil to get. He even helped to load our car. He went above the call of duty. HD is very lucky to have a great gentleman who knows his stuff to help us out. We really appreciate his service. Thanks Bill. You made our experience an awesome experience. Now we need to get to work.

I live closer to Lowe’s but it’s worth the gas and time to go to the La Habra Home Depot, service is amazing, the follow through with orders is great. Yes

I have been shopping here for 17 years because of the helpful associates. Every one is so friendly, and knowledgeable. This is my favorite Home Depot.

I always bought parts for the company.

Had an employee lift the heavy microwave into my cart and having John, the cashier ring me up and walk me out to put it in my car. Pleasant shopping. Job well done with employees who cares for their customers.

I purchased an appliance that did not work properly. The appliance was replaced and the store was able to extend the extended warranty that I purchased for the appliance. I could not have gotten that taken care of elsewhere. I am so happy that they were able to do that for me.

I’m glad I bought the commercial grade hampton bay patio heater. Excellent quality.

Susan was dealing with a rude customer and maintained calm and polite at all times. Susan also gave us excellent customer service while picking up some items. She knows how to stay calm and collective when dealing with combative customers. She is an amazing asset to this store!

We were shopping for our first holiday lights and Tim made this experience a total pleasure. His helpfulness and customer service was over the top! He helped us access the display item from the highest display shelf and carried it with us through checkout and to the car. He was absolutely hands down the BEST! We will return for sure because Tim created a reason!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHOUT OUT TO MGR. EDGAR MUNOZ FOR ALL HIS HELP WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR A/C UNIT WHICH WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND AT OTHER STORES. OUR A/C UNIT GAVE OUT DURING THIS JULY HEAT AND WE WERE HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME FINDING ONE TO REPLACE WITH. THANKS TO EDGAR HE LOCATED WHAT WE NEEDED AND HELD IT TILL WE PICKED IT UP! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Had great help in selecting my carpet. The actual purchasing of the carpet was quick and easy. Will definitely go back to that store because of the great service.
