This store has great employees that are always willing to help even if it’s not their area. James in the tile department, Irma in customer service are always willing to stop whatever they are doing to assist me.

I am extremely impressed by the Garden Center employee Miguel. He is extremely helpful & knowledgeable every time I have the pleasure of being assisted by him. He truly makes shopping at the Slauson Home Depot store more enjoyable. Thank you for having great employees like him.

The associates who assisted me on Oct. 19, 2017 were Outstanding, Professional and Knowledgeable. Associates in the Electrical dept. James-C and Cashier Dalontii, These employee truly should be given of Double Honor for job Well Done!!! Customer service is well -trained and responsive,working hard to assist their customers' needs quickly and appropriately.

In my neighborhood there are two Home Depot stores. I prefer this store because of its customer service and the size of they’re stock. I rarely come here and something ran out.

Home Depot is my "go to" for things I need to start and finish projects in my home or office. The staff is friendly and they are helpful. The stock most things and if it is an "odd" piece you are looking for they will check other local Home Depot stores to see if it is in stock.

Not only did she help with the wood & called an employee to help get the sand. But when I walked up she asked how am I ? .. I said ummm I'm ok I guess. She looked at me and said " you're alive, walking, talking, breathing , looks like you're working .. seems like you're pretty blessed to me" and my mood changed. Because I am blessed. She had a great spirit & I needed to here the kind words that she spoke to me. Your are great latonya.

I go to this Home Depot often. There is a Cashier name Latonya that is just great. She has great customer service. She's excited to help. Always smiling. She gives great suggestion as well. She has a great personality & it's well needed in that store ! Thank you for your help.

I love shopping at the Ladera Heights Home Depot. It's always clean, well-stocked, and a relaxing place to spend a lot of time browsing for and comparing products if desired. Returns are hassle-free, the help desks fulfill their mission, and purchasing, including using my favorite, self-checkout, is easy and efficient. Employees seem fairly happy to work there and are usually eager to help. Keep up the good work!

I would like to give great thanks to your employee cashier Keaira she was very thoughtful and opened up and helped people in the store when only one cashier was open. I really appreciated her effort and kindness.

The store was clean and in order. In the garden area was difficult for me to get help, but an employee by the name of Mr. Jordan came to my rescue. I thank him very much!

Writing this review to thank Alice and James for their help tonight. We purchased a Husky tool chest and opened a Home Depot credit card. Both of them were very helpful and pleasant through the process. There was a delay because the fork lift battery died and they arranged for us to purchase it on will call for pick-up in the morning since we were pressed for time. Alice was friendly and easy to talk with and James was sincerely apologetic for the forklift issue. We shop at this store weekly because we are renovating our house and this experience stood out because it was informed and easy.

My family lives approximately 5 miles from this Home Depot and we built our home here 40 years ago last February 2017. Since Home Depot located this store in La dera, most of our gardening products, building material, interior/exterior, have been purchased here. We are thankful and happy to have a great store so close to our home, where we find products needed to beautify our property and residential home. All of the review Guidelines have fulfilled our shopping experiences at Home Depot, Store #1016.

Horrible manager, floor employees run when they think you need assistance, chit chat with friends while you wait to be helped. They do have wonderful casiers.

I shop at three Home Depot Stores in LA, Hollywood, Downtown Wilshire, and Ladera Heights. Ladera Heights is my very favorite. Hollywood and Downtown, when busy, are at a loss to provide me with the usual guidance and instruction I need. (I'm a retired TV Producer/Writer & NY transplant and haven't figured out the physics of the screw driver yet) At Ladera Heights, no matter what the CRUSH I can always get help and it will always be patient and the information correct. If I have a choice, I'm always going to this store.

Store #1061 is convenient, however, the customer assistance and service by some employees is down right rude!

I had a very specific list of somewhat unusual products, including some battery powered tools, that I was unable to fill at the local hardware store so I decided to try this Home Depot, not really expecting much. As it turns out, they had a good selection of everything on my list, and, a Ryobi rep in the store to help me with my very specific Ryobi list. if you've ever tried to shop for battery powered tools at Home Depot you know it can be overwhelming...Even on the Saturday before Memorial Day I was able to check out almost immediately, they had all the registers open and humming..

They would not honor my veterans discount. I will go to another Home Depot next time. Unbelievable that the store would sacrifice a good review to a 10% discount.

My refrigerator was going out so that was the reason why I was in the store. I was helped by James who listened to what I wanted went and found it and offered me a credit card in the process. Which had percentage off as well as a $25.00 off coupon. Once contract was completed I was then assisted by Ariel for the checkout which went smoothly with all of advantages offered. Coming from work and having to purchase an appliance which I really didn't want to do these employees made my attitude go away with their smiles.

I've been going to this store for years and years, I have always liked going there, even on the busiest days it is pretty easy to get service if I need it. Rarely have they been out of stock or unable to substitute something. The employees all seem very happy there.
