The sales lady was very helpful

Loading area is always blocked off. We have to load in the street as you can see others loading by the hotdog cart. You will have to hold your breath if you are not wanting to breath second hand employees smoking!

If you plan on renting anything at Home Depot, expect a wait of at least half an hour to 45 minutes. The process takes so much time that it's ridiculous. If you don't want to use their insurance, you must bring your insurance card. But they don't tell you that until you are ready to check out. Luckily, mine was in the car. For something that should not take more than a few minutes, I had to wait 45 to complete the process.

I am at this location often and no matter which HD Rep I interact with they are always friendly, professional and helpful

Store needs to have a few employees who are willing to help customers. Waiting 30 minutes for someone to respond to need help in Appliances is totally Unacceptable

We purchased a refrigerator on 11/25/24 Amber was the sales associate. She gives good "old fashion" customer service. She was pleasant, courteous and very efficient and competent. What a pleasure to deal with her.

I purchased a DeWalt tool combo at a Great price! Check out was fast and easy.

Ordered a hand truck to be delivered to lady lake fl. tracking shows it left plant city fl and shipped to Georgia. Why did it go to Georgia when it was already I florida

I purchased my flooring on Oct 30. It was to arrive at the store on Nov 1st. I have been given various arrival dates since then. Still waiting on the flooring. I prepped my room for flooring install. Still no flooring now told expect arrival on Nov 11th. Internet assistance non existent. Completely wrong.

I like the home depot in Leesburg shop there all the time.

The store is clean and well maintained with excellent stocking. Way too early for Christmas decorations to be on display. We are still 60 days from Christmas.

I came to pick up my large holloween box and the lady who helped me went and got my order from the back of the store and told me to go park at the loading area , She came out and helped me load it in my car !

Since purchasing our house a little over a year ago we've used Lady Lake Home Depot MANY times & have never been disappointed. Besides purchasing landscaping items & many other items we've replaced our appliances, & had our bathrooms redone. Great customer service from the employees at Lady Lake & the contractors they have sent to our home.

I can easily find an associate for help and expertise on products that I need.

I bought vertical blinds in May. They were shipped to my home. They made me wait six weeks to get them installed and when my arranged day arrived he was a no show. Terrible way to do business. This is the middle of August and I still don’t have my blinds up!
