On Sunday, July 14th I spent almost 45 minutes in Lawn and Garden to purchase a Ryobi leaf blower. I had to go to Customer Service TWICE to have a sales associate paged and give me assistance (the leaf blowers stayed locked up). Where is the help when you need it!

Used the Building Dept, Lighting Dept, Paint Dept, Appliance Dept, Area Rugs for living room & dining rooms, Tools Dept, and Garden Dept...just about every department each one I find excellent service!

I have been very pleased with MOST of my shopping experiences and products I have purchased over the years. (BUT today the person at register in garden area was very, VERY rude!!!)

I just bought a Samsung Bespoke 29cubic ft. Refrigerator at Home Depot. I had a great salesperson who answered all my questions. They have a large assortment of refrigerators and many on sale.

We purchase all of our paint here. Bob of paint is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store itself is clean and managed well.

I’m ashamed to have worked for this company walking through the store, not one associate greeted myself or my husband the cashier that we encountered was rude and we had one assistant manager running away from us in the Vanity aisle
