I RETURN A THERMOSTAT THAT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE TO MY HEAT PUMP AND THE EMPLOYEE OUT OF THE BLUE JUST LET ME KNOW AFTER PAIDING 75.00 THAT IT WAS WORTH 1 CENT AND THE STORE NO LONGER CARRIED IT AND THAT ANY OTHER ITEM WOULD BE OVER A 100.00 DOLLARS. REALLY!!!!

I went to this store on Sunday oct 22 I was trying to get some paint no one would help me had to ask for help they ere just standing around not busy I asked for help I was told he didn’t work in the paint department I have been to this store many times always very helpful not this time people were short and hateful I won’t go back there the cashier was awesome

I couldn’t find what I needed and a gentleman named Joe approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. He really went above and beyond measuring the piece I had brought in and knowing exactly where the part I needed was stocked. He made sure it fit perfectly. So friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He really made our visit great! Thanks, Joe!

Several associates saw my wife and I struggling to find the product that we wanted to buy and offered no help. It was as if we were bothering them and interrupting their private conversations in the isles.

Has an excellent tool rental section and it is always stocked well with friendly staff and never over-crowded aside from extreme exceptions. On our most recent trip, we mis-budgeted and the self-checkout attendant, Lori, helped us achieve our home improvement goal by discounting the flooring we were purchasing. I can't tell you want an immense blessing this was, and my family had a finished floor for the weekend. Thanks, I will be back!

I went to this particular Home Depot because it was closest to my house. The items I wanted were in stock. I signed up for the Veterans' discount and the clerk helped me make the proper connections on my cell phone. He was very kind and knowledgeable.

The staff at the Lady Lake FL. Store is always eager to help and offer any assistance. Store is always clean and bright.

I had a New GE Refrigerator delivered over a week ago and have had to have it serviced twice and a technician is coming back a third time for leaks and noise. Calling the store was no help. I bought a NEW Refrigerator and got a FIXER-UPPER and you won't take it back after a ridiculously brief 48 hour period during which problems could not be identified.

THE LADY LAKE STORE HAS A DESIGNER-LIKE APPEARANCE -- INSIDE AND OUT! IN A NUTSHELL, CLEAN, NEAT & TIDY! PLUS, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING EMPLOYEES! WE TRAVELED FROM SILVER SPRINGS (45-50 MINUTES) TO PURCHASE FLOOR TILE AS THE OCALA STORE DID NOT HAVE THAT SAME TILE IN STOCK. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE BRIGHT OVERALL SENSATION OF THE LADY LAKE STORE!! WILL DEFINITELY REVISIT!!

I appreciate the individual care I received at this Home Depot! Thomas stuck by my side to find the lock hardware I needed and looked online to see about other locks that seemed to be out of stock. I don't ever get this attention in another unnamed store down the street. THANK YOU
