I purchased a small refrigerator and I'm very happy with this item. I've bought hundreds of pavers from this Home Depot and I have been very happy with my purchase!!!

All the products I needed were in stock and looked like store is prepared and ready for much needed hurricane supplies. Got help loading hurricane supplies and Karen was excellent as my cashier to get me out of the store timely.

WOW! blew me away. Associate went beyond the call of his job to accommodate my needs while shopping.. FIRST time it has EVER happened at Lady Lake store. Hire 10 more just like George C

The ceiling fan we bought did not work properly when we tried to install it. When we returned it, they accepted it easily, no questions asked and we bought another. Excellent return process. Just wish it had worked well first time around. Wish the store offered military discount too.

I couldn't be happier that I bought an over the range microwave oven from the Home Depot store in Lady Lake, FL. The sales experience was pleasant and took only about 15 minutes. I knew what product I wanted; It was in stock at the right price and color and installed in a week.

Today, I needed only a can of spray paint. So, I visited my local Home Depot store where I got help from the lady working in the Paint Department. I picked a can of Behr red spray. When I checked out, I was greeted by Sandra who had a smiling face and kind words. I told the clerk I was a Veteran and she thanked me for my service which was many years ago during the Viet Nam War. What struck me the most was the fact that this lady was working at all. She had only one arm and she had an obvious limp. Yet, there she was working at Home Depot and representing her employer with friendliness and exuberance. She never stoped smiling. If every Home Depot employee displayed her attributes, no one would ever shop anywhere else! Ironically, the same day, I saw many young men and women wandering the shopping mall nearby. Obviously, not working!!! So, keep up the good work and continue to hire employees with enthusiasm no matter what their disability might be.

Bought a screen door for my sliding glass door... great price ...Very helpful employees at this Home Depot store.....

Wonderful helpful employee The name of Austin who said he does not normally work in the garden section he was very hot and sweaty and I know he was tired I could tell he greeted us with a smile said it was his pleasure to help people he did not expect anything in return loaded our whole truck up with mulch told us to have an awesome beautiful day just the sweetest employee we have ever had a lot of people only complain but that’s fine young man should definitely be rewarded we will continue to shop at the store
