With the help of the Sale Associates I found what needed and were very friendly. Espicially in the paint and flooring dept.

I went there to buy Samsung washer and Dryer. The products are readily available in display for understanding and comfort of feel. Prices are great and i bought it TG deals which are excellent. The associate seems to be lacking computer knowledge but he is really helpful. Going to Home Depot website online before going to the store helped me to understand the model codes and product features without wasting time in the store.

Gary was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. I had a broken wrist and he helped select the wood, load it, walk me through check out and then load the truck. He went above and beyond and did so also when we went back to switch some of the wood. Gary is the sole reason I'd recommend your store.

Great experience and always will shop at home depot

The products that we came into the store for were easy to locate. While there we also looked at the products that we would consider purchasing in the near future.

I like to be able to search for things on my own and enjoy the layout of Homedepot. Items are stocked logically making finding what I need much easier. Even with this, Most visits I find that at least three employees ask if I need help. It's great to know they are there if I need them without having to search the store for assistance.

All Products are satisfactory and the store is clean.

Most of the time I always find everything I need at this store. Sometimes finding assistance is challenging but when I do find assistance they're pretty good at what they do. I think more training could solve this issue.

I needed help loading some items onto a cart and went to the pro-counter to request them to call an associate. Instead of calling someone the guy came over and loaded it. The same thing happened after my checkout but this time it was a different associate. Awesome group of people at the LaGrange store.

I have been in alot lately to get samples and ask questions about different paint and coverages, have had all questions answered . Thanks so much!

No waiting for assistance. The store associate was so nice and friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves recognition. He went so far as to actually install the string on my weed eater for me when I had questions. I so appreciated that.

We purchase a lot at the Home Depot in Lagrange. They are always helpful and keep a good selection of materials. It is always easy to find what you are looking for and the sales associates are always checking to see if you need help. Mr. Forrest Geer was especially helpful to us today in the purchase of a new electric range. He was very knowledgeable about the products. We also had great help in the flooring section. Thank you for such a great store.

the employees offered assistance, but none was needed..if they saw you looking around, they offered to help..they were all friendly and spoke to us, very nice store and will visit again.

I went into the store to find a handy cap buggy for my mother because she can't walk far from her COPD. There wasn't any buggies available so I was looking in the coolers for a specific drink to buy and go back out to the garden center with my mother to make sure she was doing well. A few associates noticed me walking around frazzled and started assisting me in my search, then into the garden center and all the way to putting plants into the back of the car after shopping. These actions may be in sequential to others but it was a major event to mother and I. The associates went out of their way to assist us and make us feel taken care of and that is what I define and going above and beyond their job description.

was told that if I used my home depot card that I would always get 5% off, so I used it but did not get 5% off.So next time I will use my bank card and get the points.

I could not find exactly the products I was looking for. The ceiling fan boxes were dusty and some were damaged. I selected a different vanity light because the one I wanted was not in stock, which I returned because the size for the space didn't work. I also had received text advertisement that did not line up with my purchases. I later realized the fan was not in the "select items" on the text. I can order online, but I like to view product displays to decide before purchase. I used a lot of time searching and going to store and not find product in store. As far as recommending the store, it's is convenient instead of going out of town. I stopped text communications regarding advertisement because I have not ever gotten a good sale from it.

I traveled 30 miles to pick up an item that my local store did not have. I called ahead & an extremely friendly & helpful store associate named Gorey assisted me. He pulled the items and had them ready for pickup when I arrived! After we arrived I sought out Gorey & he was as friendly in person as he was on the phone! What a pleasant experience & all because of Gorey! What an example for us all!!
