Stopped by looking for flooring and found great deal on quality clearence products. Staff was knowlegable and helpful. Flooring department and general manger know their inventory. Very organized helpful, user friendly place. Reccomend this store. Take pride in their store and knowlege about their inventory. Very competative priceing.

These two guys in Garden found everything, got me a better cart, were patient and intelliggent!

On my most recent visit, I had to troubleshoot a drainage problem in my backyard. An employee with a lot of knowledge about irrigation and plumbing spent over 30 minutes with me figure things out, and I got everything I needed. So happy!

Made plans for measuring my living area and when that is done will have carpet laid

I was trying to load several heavy bags of heavy soil into the back of my car and an employee, a kind man, came over to ask if I needed help. It was surprising, it's been a long while it seems since someone took the time to be this attentive to a customer's needs. I was very grateful for his kind thoughtful help!

In my view spending $56.50 is not small change. So when I decided to purchase that amount, I expected to get a veteran discount. Neda, the sale cashier refused, saying I had to go online. That means downloading the app, registering on the app giving my personal information. I looked on the app and nowhere is there a veteran discount. You can't even get credit for present purchase. Now I get constant advertising emails even though I requested not to. I want my discount sent to my address. I will not shop at a Home Depot again. There is a Green thumb Nursery down the street with better customer service.

Great Customer service

Have been retired for over 15 years, and my wife says that it looks like Home Depot has become my second home as I am there often (several times a week and sometimes several times a day!). Great service and staff!!

This clerk had charm, intelegence and personality.

Zoe and Aaron at the paint desk kill it! They are way more knowledgeable in this department then they probably get credit for. Keep working hard.

I absolutely loved going to the Laguna Hills location as the people really love what they do and go out of their way to help. I was greeted (by Gary) as I walked in and was helped immediately all the way to my departure and with my interaction with Carol (the cashier). I was able to have a short chat with long-time employee Jeri as well, who was very happy to be there and shared her experience. Just loved today's interaction...great customer service is very much appreciated! Thank you all who helped...

I got what I intend to buy. A lot of choices are available.

It's been a week I was looking for the item I was looking for and I dinner know the name and had to show the picture everwhere. Jesse was the only one who helped me to find it. He made my day. He was very friendly, patient and helpful. Thanks

I appreciated the attention, knowledge and pleasant attitude from Alan. Alan was the cashier who checked me out and was kind enough to offer me a credit card which saved me $50.00 upon check out. I am new to this neighborhood so I'm sure I'll be visiting the Home Depot in the future.

Inventory is always great. We have been going to this store for several years since moving to SouthernCalifornia. We have no problem finding what we need as the rows are identified and its easy to find what we need.

Lance at this location was very helpful with my fire pit purchase!

I seam to purchase something there 2-3 times per month.

They are always happy to refund and or return items that didn't work for me.

Everyone of the employee that I encountered are nice and place are clean.

Leslee at the Pro desk went above and beyond to help us. She was extremely friendly, determined to make us happy, excellent customer service. This will be my go to service rep and Home Depot

I have turned many, many people on to Home Depot since the first store opened in Phoenix before coming to CA and living by the beach. I have been impressed that your employees have helped me solve my problems or given me good advice each time I have asked.

I stopped in this location after being at two others hunting for an Xmas tree. Mossy and Michella helped me above and beyond any expectations I had. Will shop this location.

I live in a town where parking is always an issue. Home Depot has plenty of parking!!

Super friendly, professional and correct people on pro desk and entire store, I’m visiting them 100 time in a day and I feel like my home!

More than finding products I was searching for, I found employees who actually walked up and offered to help. This was without seeking them or watching them turn and go the other way to avoid helping someone. My son-in-law from out of state went into this store looking for paint and came back and said he could not believe how friendly and helpful everyone was in this store, unlike his store. He is a Home Depot fanatic and only wants gift cards for HD. The same happened to me while trying to order appliances. Multiple associates walked by and asked if I was being helped while I was waiting for the one person who could take care of me. Unfortunately, the day after a holiday was the one day there were not enough people working; however, it did not matter. Everyone was super nice and friendly!

I haven't been to Home depot since my husband passed and was having trouble finding what I needed. Your employee,A very lovely young lady named Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service, thank you!
