How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?
The Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice during the Holiday season, with givers and doers that can be purchased in-store at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you are a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:

The employees were very helpful and took the time to track down the information so I could purchase my new washer and dryer at a great price, which was lower than the online price. I saved enough money to buy a new microwave! I will be shopping here for my new condo often. This sale was taken care of quickly and the salesman was cheerful, patient, and knowledgeable. GREAT STORE EXPERIENCE!
I was offered help as I was walking up to the items that I needed which were very heavy. The associate loaded up my cart and walked to the check out with me. He made sure my check out went smoothly and then walked with me to my car to load the items in my car. He was very helpful and polite. I offered him a tip but he would not take it.

Steve in Plumbing took my name and number when I couldn't find an item on the shelves that was displayed.
