What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. Great Experience Thanks to John in Hardware

Huge thanks to Mr. John in the hardware area. I found him handling stock and asked if he could find a contractor box of 1/4 carriage bolts. There was one open box left and I asked if I could buy it and just fill it with any missing. He said he would do it for me and did it quickly. Saved me about $3. Then I wanted another pre-made cabinet tops for a previous purchased Husky rolling cabinet. It had been moved from the previous location that I knew about. I found John again and he went about showing me and finding a ladder to fetch one. Leading to a $20 purchase that would have otherwise not happened.

Shopping at Home Depot is always a pleasure. I really like that when I seek out assistance the sales associates are always willing to help even if it is not their department. Most of the time I do not get the frustrated look from the associate when I ask them for - even if they are doing something else. Love Love Love Home Depot!

The store was clean and I enjoyed the help I received at the paint desk. The associate, Adela is always smiling and very eager to help in any way. She is knowledgeable and patient as I take my time to pick out colors. Upon checking out, the clerks also are very friendly and offer to carry out if I need help in that area also. I love our hometown Home Depot

It wasn't very busy in the store. I prefer Lowe's, but my husband needed to purchase supplies for his side job and said that he was more familiar with home depot. Everything was fine, but because it wasn't too busy, I found that the associates were just hanging around or looking at shelves next to me, but didn't offer to assist. I had to ask someone who was standing next to me about a certain light bulb. At the register, the cashier didn't know how to assist me with paypal check out. She was nice, but not knowledgeable with this form of check out.
