Lake City store was awesome! Amanda assisted with a difficult situation that began at the NE Gainesville store. Long story short, I purchased items online through the NE Gainesville store. They call to say my items are ready for pick up. I show up at the store, only to be told, they can not find my items. After approximately an hour of them trying to figure out where my items where, I asked if the Lake City store had the item, I was supposed to pick up at the NE Gainesville store, as I had another item to pick up at the Lake City store. Sure enough, they had the item that the NE Gainesville store called me about, saying my item was ready for pick up, that I ordered from the NE Gainesville store, only to be told, "we can't find the item you are supposed to pick up...it is currently not in our store." The Customer Service person at the NE Gainesville store calls Lake City to verify they can "lay eyes" on the product. The Lake City employee states, "I see the product and I will hold it for the customer." I leave the NE Gainesville store, the place that call and said my item was ready for pick up...come get your item you already paid for...we have it waiting on you! I drive to the Lake City store, my item is already on a cart awaiting my arrival. I show Amanda my paperwork from the NE Gainesville store, POOF...."No problem sir, we have your item ready for you and we will honor the price you initially paid for your item." Oh yeah, the item I purchased had gone up by $50 from the time I purchased it online to be picked up at the NE Gainesville store, the store that called me and said my item was ready for pick up, but couldn't "find it"!! So, the Lake City store will be the store I shop at in the future!! The NE Gainesville store needs to get their act together....very disappointed with the customer service and the staff at the NE Gainesville store. I will say, there was a customer service rep at the NE Gainesville store that helped make the Lake City transaction possible. Her name was "CC" and she was most helpful, even though I could tell she was frustrated by lack of professionalism of some of her colleagues, who allowed this cluster to occur. For that, I personally thank "CC" at the NE Gainesville store for her assistance!! Beyond the assistance of "CC", the NE Gainesville store needs to figure out what the term "Customer Service" means! The Lake City store would be a good starting point NE Gainesville!!
