Very good shopping experience

Alice, Zeathia, Tim(?) Susan and Nancy in customer service are consummate professionals! Joe in plumbing and Joe in paint extremely helpful even though they were busy. J.Paul and Sam in flooring, answered all our questions, were extremely helpful above and beyond what I’ve seen in the Jacksonville stores! I didn’t see a single employee on their phone in my many visits over the last 2 weeks. Everyone is always busy working, either stocking or ordering or helping customers. No one ever treated me like I was an interruption, they took me straight to where the product I was looking for was located. Rarely did anyone just point me to the right direction, one cashier (I didn’t get her name, taught me how use the app to locate aisles my product was in, she works mornings with Susan. Everyone is just so nice! It’s refreshing to be in a store where people really do want to help!!! Best Home Depot team I’ve seen in 20 years!

As we've been remodeling our home over the past year, some of the employees of Lake City, FL Home Depot have been extremely helpful during our journey. 1. Jennifer in Customer Service always points us in the direction of the purchase we need to make. When we (rarely) need to make a return, she makes that process painless. 2. Alice at the Pro Desk has been helpful to a fault. She always has a smile, an easy way to make a decision on a purchase, and a thoughtful solution to problems. Can't say enough good things about Alice. 3. Rocky the Cashier has been incredibly helpful with choices of what to purchase, and more than once has helped load our trailer....even on the hottest summer days! Rocky's smile is contagious. 4. Joe in Paint has never steered me wrong with a paint match. He is thorough and steady.

We bought gloves batteries AA I used a gift card and Ellen was very good at getting it to work she really knew how to get the card to work it was a visa gift card.

Products at Home Depot are excellent and the sales associates go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. They make the difference between a mediocre store and a great place to shop.

Jennifer, I think is assistant manager was totally unbelievable in helping us with our kitchen cabinets. In my opinion, she is the reason we spent over $35,000 at Home Depot upgrading out kitchen. Thank you Jennifer and Home Depot!!!

Micheal found the polesaw I needed after searching your inventory lst, he Jared & Rick found the best spare Ryobi battery and educated me on Amps and run time etc..Nea checked out my full buggy with a scanner so that saved me a lot of time. Then she and a couple of others put themselves in the pouring down lightening storm so I could go home. It was dangerous for us all, I'm sorry I put us in harms way..but everyone was wonderful, helpful and friendly..glad I chose you over the competition.

When I come into Home Depot I'm always greeted at the door with a hello if I have a hard time finding something they're always someone to ask and they direct me to where it is makes my shopping experience a fun time thank you

We are trying to BUY a door, paid for HD contractor to measure the opening, he was there the next day, great service! BUT, HD staff can't place the order, or even access it, because the employee we were working with is not at work. I know the order was written up and was supposed to get the final price, but he never called back, now have to wait for him to come to work to place the order! Not satisfied!

I bought samsung dryer end of May. It was damaged. On line. Replacement was damaged. Returned both. Asked for refund. Finally got refund on August one thanks to Ashley and Jennifer store managers help. Hooray

I brought a toaster about a month and very happy with it

Amanda W. Was a tremendous help to us after a delayed flight into Jacksonville on 7/7/22. The Penske department was closed by the time I made it to Lake City. Amanda W @ Home Depot assisted us with the truck rental after 8:30pm. It was critical to get the truck on 7/7/22. We were moving from FL to NY. We wantetd to begin the loading process asap. Many, many thanks to Amanda W. She was a lifesaver to us!

I went in to Home Depot today and noticed that every register had someone working at them , I am so glad that you have actual people working your registers, unlike other stores who expect you to do their job for them. I went to HOME DEPOT to buy tracking so my son could organize his garage. I got a better price than any other local competitor. I'm glad I shopped at HOME DEPOT

HD is like most big box stores, sometimes hard to find help, but this store was on the ball.

I have been everywhere looking at Washers and Dryers in Lake City. They are the lowest prices we found on Brand new ones. They try to help you save if they can. I'm very pleased with this store. I was there so early that morning and they were still happy to help me.
