Purchased an LG range online, the est. delivery date was missed. When the delivery happened, it was the wrong product, now another delay waiting for the correct range. Gave it another chance and ordered an air compressor online for delivery, once again missed est. delivery date, contacted Home Depot & they had no idea when it would deliver. Canceled the order, got confirmation the order was canceled. Nearly two weeks later got notification that my order was arriving the next day (obviously not cancelled). The compressor did arrive in an extremely damaged box (see pictures). I returned the compressor to the Lake Geneva Wisconsin store, no sorry this happened, just here’s your receipt.

Everyone in the store was very friendly and very eager to assist. We made a large purchase and Dave, Mike, Kim and James made everything so easy for us, by getting the item loaded in our vehicle and providing recommendations on the best was to build the item. I so appreciate that. They were all excellent and provided superb customer service. Ty

James was amazing he installed our new water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did an awesome job. Definitely recommend also at an amazing price.

I love going to the Lake Geneva Home Depot simply because I never have to wander around looking for someone to help me. They are always staffed so well and it’s like they purposely seek out those of us that look lost and confused. (Easy look for me, haha). Everyone has always been so helpful, genuine and knowledgeable. Kudos to all the associated that have ever assisted me, but today special shout out to Chris G. He really went above and beyond, patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. Extremely helpful!! Highly recommend Hone Depot Lake Geneva!

My recent visit to this Home Depot location left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by the staff, including the standout employee, Dan G. His knowledge and assistance were invaluable, making my shopping experience truly exceptional. But it wasn't just Dan; every staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to help. The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. This Home Depot truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service, and I will definitely be returning for all my home improvement needs. Keep up the fantastic work!

This Home Depot, more often than not, has the right people that make the difference locating and obtaining the items needed in short order. We will drive a bit farther to this store because of the quality of service.

Although this store's inventory is not as expansive as some other HD's stores, the employees here more than make up for that. Everyone here is very helpful and don't hide from customers. They engage right away and leave you allow if you don't need help.

I am quite impressed with the caliber of employees you seem to attract and maintain in your many stores. They are well informed, patient, and knowledgeable in their assigned departments throughout your stores. I do not know how long your training program lasts before they are on their own, but it sure seems to be working well. From Hardware, Lumber, Household Goods, High End Appliances, Carpeting and Gardening departments to General Service Inquiries you have it all covered. It is comforting to know your staff throughout is committed to do their personal bests in achieving quality results. Thank you for a quality business well run. I have shopped here numerous times and can pretty much find what I need . If I do need any assistance I usually can depend on some employees that I recognize from past encounters . I personally have never had any bad interactions with any employee at this store .

We bought some light bulbs and had to return them within the hour when we realized that they where not the correct type. One of the women working at the desk said 'Can't they read?' and glared at us. A most humiliating situation!

Small town store with the best employees. Everyone cares and are friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to listen and help. My sales person Coach was truly a genuinely good guy. I will continue my shopping with this store.

I found that if you ask a question from a staff person at Home Depot, and in particular at this store, they will go out of their way to be helpful. In this busy times this is quite important to me.

The staff at the Lake Geneva, WI store are very friendly and helpful, especially Angel, who is the head cashier, and Kelly, who is the assistant manager. The leadership is doing a good job hiring and retaining staff who care about your needs.

I was here a few weeks ago & bought many baskets...beautiful. it worked into our visit that we were in the area & stopped again! Some baskets on sale...bought more!

Always buy my plants at this store the selection is great and the plants are always so well maintained
