This store is always my choice for the supplies I need for my handyman jobs. Well stocked and friendly helpful staff.

Was into Las Cruces Home Depot recently for appliances and couple security doors and found all with help of Roxy and Tom and got checked out fast. Was easy overall and l appreciated their advice and help. All was in stock and they were wonderful

What kind of a store agrees to sell an item and accepts payment for it, yet will not deliver that item to the customer at customer service? Website says two doors in stock. Pro desk says mine is broken, another is not fit to sell, the other one is spoken for. But I was there first! Why wasn't the broken door given to the later customer? I have to wait two weeks and make another 200 mile round trip to get the door when more come in. Oh, wait, I was offered a whopping 10% off for my inconvenience! How 'bout free delivery to the job site when it comes in? It's incredible to me that this kind of customer service can be delivered at this store. I thought the Tucson east side store was bad for customer service, but this trumps it by many miles, 200 in fact! At this point I don't think I'll ever buy anything, including the replacemtn door, at this store, or any other Home Depot ever again. Where on God's green earth do you get a manager that tolerates this kind of service?

I recently bought LG Washer and Dryer set with the help of Ibiahim, an employee of Home Depot. He educated me on different washer and dryers. I am very thankful for his professionalism and helpfulness. I also appreciated other employees who are very helpful with other needs I have had for my home. I will continue to shop at Home Depot in Las Cruces for good buys and employees who go over and beyond for customers.

I had a really good experience here while purchasing outdoor furniture. 3 gentlemen worked together to make this happens for me.

I have always been surprised by the willingness of the sales associates at the Las Cruces Home Depot to be so helpful. I have shopped at Home Depot in other cities, but have not had the same positve experiences. I feel I can always get the assistance I need when shopping at this particular Home Depot.

Friendly staff and product prices are amazing

There had been a marked changed with the approach employees have. Whether it is more training and / or new leadership the change is positive and noticeable.

This is my go to store for anything they carry. I go here for plants, furnishings, tools etc. Employees are knowledgeable and usually ready to help. The store is also very well kept and neat.

Need to apply military discount to all items including appliances and wood

New to septic, and not sure how to attack a plug-up. Snake, drain liquid opener, plumbers friend? Bought them all. None solved the problem as opened septic tank lids and it was full. No more Quilted Northern TP in the house now! Honey Truck ordered!

I generally find what I need at my local Las Cruces Home Depot but they don’t have as good as a variety on many products anymore so selection is limited!

We had a great time shopping at Home Depot. We found just what we needed. We loved the military discount as well. Great selection of merchandise.

Kind associate helped me by explaining features of two light fixtures. Got me a cart and put the fixture in the cart for me. Old fashioned service and I really appreciate that!!

The good folks at this store have been great! I’ve completed several projects and they always had the needed materials.

Two person job. Worth it to build a floor first. No written instructions only pictures. A bit tough to figure out if your not always building things.

I was shopping for some hardware pieces today. And an employee came up to me asked me if I needed help. He was able to help me out quick and efficiently. If not for him I would probably still be there.. lol. Great job guys keep up the good work

Waited 15-20 minutes to get assistance in loading a heavy garden cart

I have a considerable history with this location and over a considerable period of time. Like you, I have noted inconsistencies at Homedepot locations and others, across the nation and as I go about. And Yet, this location, at least for me, has been a consistent example of creating positive customer experiences; at least this site. The staff is serious, attentive and likes a smile 😃 or two. Good place. Good folks. Great service.

Matt, gave me a hand in making the decision to purchase a hot water heater he even assisted me and loading the heater into my vehicle it was a big relief because I am a disabled senior citizen.

I enjoy shopping at the Las Cruces store as well as online. Service is good as is the value.
