I purchased to sterilite plastic chest with drawers. I searched high and low.. called a few Home Depot’s bur this was the only one in the area that had them in stock

Whenever I come to this store they have everything I need and are very nice and helpful..

Need to have more employes in the store and would also like to see department managers in their area and also see the store a little cleaner.

Just bought it one day ago and very disappointed in the product. It gets clogged up and the hose is too narrow to handle the leaves.

Awesome to have a hardware store like Home Drpot nearby. Always well stocked with quality merchandise.

Shopped appliance and delivery

I like the Lawnside Home Depot the best out of all the Home Depots in this area. It's always clean, and neatly organized no matter what department I shop. I deal with mostly Don from the Millwork Department and Bill P.

This Home Depot in Lawnside seems to have had nothing but problems with lackluster employees for as far back as I could remember. On the rare occasion that you could find an employee working in a certain department, they often seem to be annoyed when approached by a customer. When shopping near several days ago for a gallon of paint, I found two paint aisles, closed and blocked with gates with no employees working in either of those two aisles. When I asked the employee who was working the paint counter why these aisles were closed he told me that he was going to get a fork truck to get something off the top of the shelves, however, he was working the counter, helping customers at the counter with two aisles closed, denying customers access to those aisles and had no idea how long it would be before he could get to the items on the top shelf with the Fork truck, but thought it was completely OK to keep these aisles closed while he helped people at the paint counter. I brought this to the attention of a manager who couldn’t be more disinterested in my complaint.

I recently went into HD to purchase 5/4 x 6 x 8 lumber for front porch re-decking project of my house. I needed 45 boards. I asked the gentleman at the cash register if I could pull my own order for delivery and he "No, that's what we do". I went back to check to see what the boards looked like and discovered they did not have any Standard 5/4 x 6 x 8 in stock. Premium boards were out of my budget. I went back to gentleman at the cash register and told about the out of stock boards and he said well you have to order it and it would come from the wearhouse. So, I placed the order. Biggest mistake I ever made! Whoever pulled my order did not even care about the customer. The lumber I received must have come out the "rejected" pile. Out of 45 boards I had maybe 10 that were of "standard quality". The others were split, still had BARK on the edges, excessive knots and bowed. I worked with the majority of what I had and returned several. Beware of of having lumber delievered by HD.

I went to 5 home depots to find the 6 ft artificial putting grass. It was supposed to be on a roll . One home depot had it but the roller machine was broken for multiple days . 3 more locations did not have it even though they had the sample. I finally went to the Lawnside NJ location. And they had it and they quickly helped me with it and the cutter worked ! Very happy to find it finally ! Thank you

I was lost and Bill P. Spent lots of time assisting me in getting everything I needed for my bathroom renovation. He spent time ordering items online and walking around and getting items I needed. He even walked with me to the front check out to make sure my coupon worked correctly. I could not thank him enough for helping this lost girl in a big store..

The question is about the mulch when on sale and how long. It must be a state secret.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable

Home Depot has been the go to store in this area for over 30 years. They have had what I needed 99% of the time. I always like walking around to see what’s new or get ideas on something I would like to tackle.

I had an employee walk me to the exact bin I needed for my purchase. Super service.

Would love someone to explain to me how the inventory at just about all of your south Jersey stores are inaccurate. And not by like 1 or 2 in talking your store has 50 of something but the shelf is empty and no one has an answer. When people check themselves out doesn’t the purchase order system automatically correct the inventory? You’re wasting contractors time going from 1 store to the next to track down product you say you have! I can’t be the only one with this problem there

Someone is usually close by when I need help finding something and they always point me in the right direction or continue to help me find what I am looking for.

Bought Marine Battery with 2 year protection.Plan never went through.

I recently purchased a washer and had a problems with the delivery and the customer service representative at the store helped me. She was kind and understanding.

I bought a gas range and a microwave, couldn’t mount the microwave because the mounting hardware inside it was stripped, gas range oven window expoladed from using the self clean for the first time, one week old…Home Depot response. Not our problem, you had 48 hours to return them. Home Depot sells defective appliances and they know it, so they limited the return policy to 48 hours and don’t bother telling you. Home Depot can shove their products where the sun don’t shine

What is this review service? No one uses Bazaarvoice. Who actuall sees this?

The store itself is fine and the employees are helpful. My issue is the deliveries coming out of the warehouse. They have cost me valuable time on multiple jobs to the point I had to cancel a $10,000.00 floor order and order it from someone else. They delivered it in a week after waiting over a month on homedepot in which they told me they pulled my order off the truck 3 times in 1 week. Now I have been waiting a month for pvc that I payed the delivery fee on. Instead of delivering it they told me I could go to a store and pick it up. The warehouse delivery department is horrible and a large reason why I am now buying my materials from homedepot competitors.

Glad they Have people to check you out?

I have had issues since the end of November that have all been avoidable if representative will actually answer with correct information
