Customer service desk ladies were rude and not helpful at all. They were just laughing and carrying on as if I didn’t even matter and I should not have to beg for help. I love and shop frequently at Home Depot in a different town. If I lived in Lawrence I would use a different home improvement store.

WHEN I NEED ASSISTANCE AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS STORE!!

This store doesn't value customers. Whenever you need some help the employees are nowhere to find. The ladies at the customer service desk are quite rude.

Use this Home Depot for personal and professional needs. Cashiers and rental staff are very friendly. Paint staff know what they are doing and are great at making sure you're satisfied with the products. Someone always asks if you are finding what you need. Professional services staff are great at finding what you need if not in stock or in the store. Great store!

The cashiers are all exceptional. Today I was helped by Dorothy who was pleasant and cheerful.
