I was extremely disappointed in my visit. I came in to look for a nice electric mower and left with the cheapest gasoline mower possible. The employees seemed very busy chatting amongst themselves. It was impossible to get anyone to help me.

The team at the millwork desk, AJ and Rick, are great to work with.

I moved into a new home in this new area, having moved to PA from UT. The Lebanon Home Depot is convenient in location, has a better selection and better pricing that other hardware stores I used in the past. The staff is friendly and new that I know the store layout, I can get what I'm after without a fuss. It's the "first place to go" for me.

I always find what I need, and more, at this location. Very convenient to get to also.

Cashier Kim is wonderful. A breath of fresh air when you enter the store. She probably works with 100+ customers a day and ends up knowing most of their names. Genuine old fashioned customer service.

Check all you items when you check out. Every third item I bought they charged me more than it was marked on the shelf.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this store , Know some employees by name , Normally have a good experience shopping here . But today I was followed to my truck by a Home Depot employee ( less then 1 minute after paying ) and accused of stealing a cart full of lumber . He was so disappointed that I had the receipt that he mumbled " Thank you " and left without even offering to help me load up !

Greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed help in finding what I was looking for. Another associate walked me to my item. Also, visited paint department and found the cashier extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Checking out of the store was a breeze and Joe, the cashier, was so pleasant. Big difference from another large local competitor.

Store was well stocked and the associate was VERY helpful and answered my needs.

I ordered a water heater and installation online, and did not visit the store for the transaction. Even though it was requested, I did not receive an itemized statement before or after the purchase. Each person that I talked with passed that question on to someone else, saying it was not their job to do that. Whose responsibility is it? Will anyone at Home Depot accept responsibility?

While shopping at Home Depot, store 4141 in Lebanon, PA. All the store associates were friendly and helpful. The store was very busy and everyone, including myself, had several questions. The store associates were patient and very helpful. Kudos should go to Andrew. Not only did he make recommendations of what I needed to complete a project, he patiently took me to the section and explained why one project was better than another. Finally, he informed me about the Home Depot contractor partners and connected my to a contractor before I left the store. I enjoyed enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

The nicest and most helpful employees!!

The only thing I suggest is when they are quoting carpet or flooring to a customer, is maybe they could get a lot closer in pricing. They told me my whole house would be about $2400.00 and just my hall and living room alone is 1600.00. My dimensions I gave them are near dead on to what the measurements came in at. How this came in so much higher is beyond me. I cancelled 3 rooms from getting done. Over all, I don’t blame the cashiers..they were great. Seems like it’s more like you are lied to so they suck you in.

I was at a bare start and I used home depot to not only get my own start I can say I found much more in that store but I really want to start with my project and Finnish what I started and I am grateful for the home depot and the pro desk and the appliances that are new and all the cool stuff that's coming out they stock for the block

We entered the store with the intent to purchase a refrigerator. We had the SKU number and a photograph of the refrigerator. A very easy sale. We were happy When we were told there would not be a delivery fee. What we were very unsatisfied with, is the fact that the salesman and the person who took our money, because we had to go out front to pay with cash, neither one of them thanked us. After spending over $1000 within 10 minutes., It was not appreciated.

HOPE DEPOT IS LEBANON, PA ALWAYS PROVIDES ME WITH EXCELLENT SERIVE AND VIABLE INFORMATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHOPPERS LOOKING FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT INFORMATION AS WELL AS SKILLED INDIVIDUALS TO UTILIZE THE SYORE.
