We have been shopping our local Home Depot in LS for years. As a small business we signed up for a pro account. It is nice having access to the Pro department for the personal attention we receive. After a quick phone call we can have a quote emailed to us and if all looks good pay for it right over the phone. If we give them enough time, it will be pulled and ready for us. If in a hurry we just grab it ourselves. With their new perks program for pros we are already seeing some of the benefits! Thank You

I visit the Lees Summit, MO store on an average of several times a week. They are great at making sure you have what you need and making sure you have assistance if you need it. Always courteous and pleasant. I enjoy my trips to the Home Depot.

This has become my 'go-to' store for home products. Have recently worked with Nicci in the flooring dept and was very impressed with her attention to detail, knowledge and communication skills. Other employees have been very helpful too throughout the store. Absolutely better than their competition - all due to employee attitudes.

Ivona was the lady at the register that helped me today. She was very ready to help me. She was kind and quick about her business. She even made it a point to thank me for my military service.

Have that guy Butch work more. I would like to see him there every time I go in. He is your best worker, and very helpfull.

The team in flooring department is very responsive and helpful. We have utilized HD for several home improvement projects and have been very satisfied.

Besides COVID related slow to store products, I always find what I need at the LS Home Depot. The staff is very helpful and must have positive upper management to report to! Keep it up please.

Easily accessible from multiple directions with more than adequate parking available. Staff is friendly, helpful and willing to assist in locating items. The store is always clean and tidy. Aisle's are clear of glutter and always closed when stocking of shelves is in progress for customer safety.

Best Home Depot in the KC area!

I love this store. The employees are always so helpful and often go far beyond my expectations to make sure I get what I am looking for. Product is usually quickly available on the shelf but when it isn't, there is always a knowledgeable employee nearby ready to help.

Nathan in paint and Terry at checkout treated us awesome. We drove 30 minutes to this store and will definitely make this our go to store. And props to Shannon the store manager, for training the staff so well.

This Home Depot is a great store. Very friendly. It is like going into a hometown store as everyone knows you and wants to help. All employees spoke to me and asked me if I needed help and thanked me for coming in. They made me feel like a family member. I would want to work at this store.

Customer service was poor.

Generally I really like shopping in this Home Depot location and in the last 5 years I have spent thousands of $$ here while renovating and landscaping my home. However, since Covid-19 I have notice a certain lack of enthusiasm and customer service on the part of many of the employees here. It seems to be people I've never seen there before so maybe it is new employees without adequate training, but dang, the man I spoke with today about trying to get an estimate to have an exterior door installed, couldn't have cared less about selling me a door. In fact it felt like he was actively discouraging me from buying a door!
