This refrigerator works terrific, very quiet operation, no noisy fans! Certainly a terrific choice for a college dorm room.

I came into the depot today and Dan absolutely blew me away with his kindness and the fact he really cared.

This store is great. I just bought my first fixer upper and run into things I dont always know. Every time I go to this store the staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help assist me. The women at the self check out, Renee was so kind and helped with my check out and bagging. I appreciate the employees here.

Shopping at the store for me is the same pleasure as my wife has going to "Home Goods", same as her I can spend hours just browsing around. Friendly associates and no\ice environment.

We were ready to check out but we had asked one of the co workers to watch out plants we just need to get one thing. By the time we can back our plants were gone. We asked Don if he knew where our plants were and he said “we are closed , you need to get out and he followed us to checkout” he was very saracastic, and disrespectful, I want to talk to the manager about this disruption because I did not like this kind of behavior from an employee!

My fiance and I went in to purchase a grill, and walked out with not only a grill but a home depot credit card as well. lol The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. (Specifically Deneen) and helped with our needs. They always exceed our expectations which is why we continue to come back!

I was at HOME DEPOT, returning my 3 month old Hotpoint washing machine which broke after very little use and extremely gentle care. I got a full refund and was able to purchase a new one thanks to Harvey who helped me pick the right one. Harvey had a lot of knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Thanks HARVEY!!!

I always like going to Home Depot in Leominster, Massachusetts, because the employees are always asking to help customers in the store - something you don't always see in other Home Depot store like Waltham (2674) - you are pretty much on your own on finding something and some of the employees aren't friendly either - I found one employee that was willing to help me to get the right item. Others said its over there in that aisleway.

I bought a ceiling fan microfiber cleaning mop. Great product.

I visited the store with very little intention of any purchases. I did eventually did purchase several items. I was carrying small pieces of lumber & other items. Upon approaching the checkout an associate asked if I needed assistance. She was very courteous and kind . Her name is Corryne or Corrine. She is always smiling and happy. She is a credit to the store and a role model for others

I do my shopping here & they’ve got all you need. Good quality products with good rates. I don’t regret any purchase.

very friendly, came to us to offer help on smoke detectors. They're are many many different options to choose. Getting the proper ones is important. Wired, Wireless, battery...etc....

I was without a water heater for 10 days. Out of 6 contractors I contacted, only two replied but only one came to check out the water heater. His proposal cost was so high and they couldn't guarantee when they could come and service saying maybe not for 10 days. I called Home Depot and they immediately had one of their contractors contact me. Although they were very busy too, they installed a new water heater and took the old one away for less than half the quote of two contractors and within a few days. Home Depot associates also helped me apply for a Home Depot credit card with more than enough credit on the card to pay for the above and the new water heater and installation charge for 0% financing for 12 months. I was assured a Mass Save loan for the above but could not submit the application because I didn't have any contractors proposals by Friday of that week. Home Depot's contractors were coming on the following Monday to install and I needed concrete payment for them. I thank these associates for helping me at such a stressful time.

Friendly and helpful employees all around the store. Always someone to assist you if needed. I had an employee named Aaron from flooring help me even when what I was looking for wasn't in his department. He took the time to answer all my questions and even had a few terrific suggestions. Over all a fantastic experience. The gentleman who was at the door greeting everyone was just so genuinely happy and pleasant. Always a pleasure to exchange hello's with him. Even at the self check out, employees are helping and trying to make sure no one has any issues.

Best service around. No other store in this area is as friendly or helpful to customers. Always clean and clutter free store. I would definitely recommend for all home needs. Daisy at the service desk is so helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience.

Paint counter is useless and one of their employees is so rude. She needs to learn about customer service, i never would normally complain but she was just unbelievable. She did not even care. All due to standing in the wrong place. Another customer actually said something to her about it. I did not say anything to her just did my sale. I will not shop there again going forward!

The associates were easily located, friendly, knowledgeable about where products were located, and willing to work with me until I found what i needed. The store was tidy and organized.
