I had to look over the store to find what I was there to buy, there was no one in that area to help me. I was trying to buy some fencing materials and the clerk couldn't find it in the computer so I gave him the item number that I copied from the pile outside. He completed the order for me and said he didn't think there was anyone to help me load it. I am 81 years old but I loaded the 5 sections of fencing and the 6 posts that I needed onto my truck but what else is new, each time I have been there this spring I have had to load my truck myself, the last time was loading 30 bags of mulch, not bad for my age. This store has gotten worse over the past year or so, less help and less help from what help they have. I have shopped this store for years and have spent over $80,000.00 mainly on building supplies, just once I would like to see some improvement in their service. Most of the employees have been nice but it is getting harder to find help when looking for something. I know things won't change but maybe sometime they will.

Store was orderly and clean while the people working seemed happy and friendly. The store manager, Maureen and appliance manager, Pam were very helpful and knowledgeable. Pam spent time explaining and answering questions we had. Maureen checked in on our progress several times. Because of their help, we purchased all our appliances with ease. Great customer service!!!

I had a pricing issue but cashier didn’t try to help at all - just told me sorry.

I was using the stores handicap scooter and it died, so a worker named Scott helped me in getting another scooter to use.

We purchased a house and have been to this store a lot. .. now we go there just to see Don. He works in paint and is so helpful, understanding and kind. He answered all of our many questions and helped us figure out what went wrong with the color we choose and how to fix it. Great great helpful man.

Unlike competitors, this Home Depot always has enough staff readily available to answer questions and they're always very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me.

I learned so much about different types of lights, found the lamp I wanted and, was overall appreciative of the helpful associates who were kind, patience and professional. Thank you! :)

I love Home Depot I can spend hours there even thought I have trouble walking and standing. I find every thing I am looking for and then some. The staff are always friendly and helpful not just telling you where something is, they take you to it. This is so you don't get stuck on the massive long aisles looking for a small item or a large one. The prices are good and I get ideas for other projects. Im not much of a do it your sefler but with there help I "get er done". The store is always clean and the associates friendly and lots of them.

My go-to store for everything,, only minutes to my house, plenty of parking, easy access to highway. I went looking for an electric shovel but it was not in stock. Decided not to pursue the purchase at this time.

My cashier Gary was great answered everything and didn't even have to ask for help when I was checking out myself he saw I was struggling because I couldn't get barcode to scan and helped me right out without even asking him he just came right over and helped me out verry much appreciated. Best customer service we have had in a long time. We had looked at blinds, flooring & siding. All questions were answered and the store employees (4 of them) we dealt with were all great!!!! They knew what they were talking about. And if they didn't they directed us to someone who did. Glad to finally have some great customer service skills being used.

The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and the epitome of what customer service is all about. I love the Leominster Home Depot Store # 2676. I travel specifically to go there as I feel the staff go above and beyond always. It is always the best shopping experience as I always have to ask for help. Both of my sons are in the trades so I shop there for tools, etc.

Pam is a life saver, She help correct my ordering error and indicated the proper stove I needed to purchase. She also informed me what I needed to by for flooring and carpeting. You are very luck to have her as a store representative. Thank you Pam.

Really great store. The Associates are very friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked and neatly presented. For such a huge store it is kept pretty clean too. THE place to shop for the DIY-ers and everyone else.
