The store is always clean and organized. 95% of the time I need assistance there is someone to help me or find someone else who can. It's just a great place to find what I need.

There is not much to say about this store other than Hayden should be the employee of the year, if he is not already. I would also have him in a management training program to take over a store one of these days. It's people like him that you can tell enjoy what they do, and that they enjoy working with people. He is also a problem solver. I have witnessed him first hand training other employees on certain aspects of the store, from entering skew numbers to finding items for customers and he is very good at it, he really does appear to have a good time doing what he does. He presents himself well and from my experience, I can tell he is good at what he does. If you want good employees then you must have great employees train them to do well. More importantly, Hayden commandes their respect, I can see it in their demeanor when I've seen him in action. I have been a senior executive for many years traveling the world and working with over twenty thousand (20,000) direct report employees and with all my years of tenure, Hayden is simply one of the best I have ever encountered in a retail setting! I have seen many people over the years demand respect, and as we all know, that simply does not work, it only drives a wedge further between them. But not with Hayden, he is just good, no, he is great at what he does.

If by chance they don't have what I need, they check other stores in the area to see if they have it. They even call me when it becomes available in that store

I was looking to replace my dishwasher, and I was able to find a dishwasher at a great price with no nonsense. Easy and quick.

This location had the product I needed. It was stacked too high for me to reach but TJ came to my rescue and loaded my cart for me, came to the checkout and took my cart to my car. He stacked the bags of rock neatly on top of one another, not just tossed in the trunk! Friendly & courteous & respectful young man.
