Great store in a convenient location!

Full size store. Very well stocked. Good people here.

I only gave them a star because I had to. I spend over 1000.00 a week at this location and can’t get my money back on a return where I have everything required by their policy. They made me feel as if I stole this item and treated me like I was less than them.

I like this store. Knowledgeable employees. Responsive management. Good attitudes.

Great service always. Irene and Glennie (aka Señora) went above and beyond the usual pointing down an aisle to help us complete our home project by gathering what we needed in a few minutes and providing some useful suggestions as well!

Great store, easy location and overall very friendly and helpful. Great selection and pretty quick checkouts. If you need help there are a couple of things I'd recommend. Look for one of the managers specifically "Josh", he's the one who's always smiling, happy and will go out of his way to help you or another manager named "Will" (I believe), tall guy who also always seems to be smiling. They will take great care of you! Also, if you want to get in and out quickly, go through the Garden Area (lines are shorter there)!

Friendly staff and organized store! We are frequent shoppers and love the tool rental service for larger projects.

Good place and better price

Consistently friendly and attentive service. I choose Home Depot in Lewisville over many other options in the area as I am never disappointed with the service or finding what I am looking for. Pickup lockers are wonderful also. Thank you to employee Marcus who recognized I needed assistance with the lumber I was buying and helped me load onto the cart, take to my car, and load my car. I appreciate it!

Customer Service at this store have been very helpful each time I come by for a specific item. It is about 3 minutes from my house so I have used it for homeowner needs on a weekly basis. I'm very thankful it's there. The only thing I can remember being disappointed with is the grass sod which was in very poor condition due to lack of water. If you're going to carry sod, which I hope you do, in the summer, please assign someone to water it good daily.

Geral and Alec are always willing to help me and make my shopping experience such a pleasure. Geral even remembered me from a previous time when I had my grandchildren with me. Always a 10 on the experience level at the Lewisville Home Depot!. They make sure I have everything before I leave the store.

I always love shopping Home Depot regardless of the city I'm in.

Because these people pull up underneath the store pickup and go shopping, leaving us people who have parked in the parking lot and bought what we needed. Only to drive around to pick up our merchandise and we have to wait on these jerks to get done shopping. Sitting for 45 minutes before we can pick it up. It’s not monitored, which it should be. If you don’t have your item out there to be loaded then you’ve got to move on.

Most of the time I can find what ever I need, but there are times your are out of items or you have them in stock but not down on the shelves. There are also times I have asked employees for help and they have no idea what items you carry and if they say they will find someone to help it takes an too much time to get the person with the answer. Maybe more trading on how they can look items up on their portable phones they carry

The best Home Depot in the area. Old fashion friendliness.

Suzzany and Morgan were amazing. Made a complicated situation easy. Even at 10 pm they were smiling and friendly. Awesome. Maybelline was cheerful too and made the environment welcoming . Nice crew!
