Great store always clean and friendly staff asking if they can be of service if they can’t answer they will get a manager

As always in this store a lot of mess and to top it off today seven lines closed at 3:00pm, the day they change the administration they will work.

I purchased a beautiful driftwood oak double vanity with a white quartz top! I can’t wait to receive it!

Without me asking, Lawayne offered to and then loaded my 10 bags of garden soild and tow bags of manure.

Great cashiers but the other store is better maintained

You can’t get no help there, customer service lady had me waited more minutes, so she can take care of her business!!!!!

I rarely encounter an employee at this Home Depot store, and have that employee be gruff with me or not have the time to help me. Getting correct aisle location for the item I seek is usually what I am seeking help on.

I shop here all the time and people know me and are very helpful and friendly

Very helpful at finding a tool that was in my budget

Just went for a screwdriver and needle nose pliers. Hazel was super friendly checking us out! She made sure we found what we needed and informed us of the benefits of a Home Depot card.

Richard in Appliances has worked with us for over a month to make sure we get the perfect set of appliances that we want for our new home. He was relentless in his dedication to helping us find the perfect set. Many phone calls back and forth and many, many clicks of a keyboard. And we brought them home today. I know we could have easily been just another customer and another day to him. However, he made it worth the 90 mile drive 1 way to visit this store. Thank you Richard and thank you Home Depot.

This store is the best!

We came into the store early that day with intentions on ordering a front door for our new house. Jeff who was only filling in that day went out of his way to assist us. He spent time with us assisting us in every way to make this dreaded trip a pleasant experience. I cannot say in 500 words how much it meant to have someone with a smile and willing to help. I generally dread trips to any home improvement store. Now I feel like i have a friend there.

Is a cashier. She is WONDERFUL. Friendly, remembers customers faces. I find patronize HD because of Hazel.

I get great customer service and enjoy catching the sales there.

Customer service is non-existent!!! You get more help with self check-out!!!

I’ve purchased ryobi grinders

I shop at Home Depot regularly and they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Also I noticed they always keep a bag of dog treats under the counter for every dog that comes in the store. I don’t have a dog but I think thats a very nice thing to do. One lady told me her dog gos nuts when she drives past Home Depot because of this 😂

I go to this Home Depot often as it is near my house. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the employees and that they make me feel appreciated as a customer.
