Very impressed with the knowledge of the employee. Roger helped with remodeling our kitchen from the sheetrock to the tools it would take to do it right. Very happy.

I won’t be shopping anywhere else, not even the next local Home Depot. They obviously have an excellent management team and everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what I would expect from other stores, including other Home Depot branches.

Store has some if the best employees I have ever delt with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Store management team is very pleasant and approachable as well.

I like going to the Liberty Lake store because it is close to my home and the staff there is always helpful and courteous.

Brian at the Customer Service Dept. was awesome! Cindy and Jesse in the Paint Dept. are outstanding! Cindy is a color matching genius! Try to avoid Katie in the Paint Dept....she needs some customer service training to deal with paint problems effectively. :(

This store has always hired experienced staff in each department. Knowledge is so critical for customers working on new projects!

The Liberty Lake home depot is always the best customer service. I go out of my way to shop at this location due to the employees - very friendly - very helpful EVERY time!

Hit and miss here. I do find most of what I'm looking for, but some employees are helpful and professional, and some should not be working in retail! Had a rude lady at the Returns desk this weekend. Obvious she didn't want to be there. Didn't say a word in processing my return, so finally asked her if they were busy this morning. Only could reply with "Yep!" Hands me the receipt, no thank you, nothing. Wow, hope she was just holiday help! Had another lady at the Returns counter challenge me on a damaged hose I was returning a few months ago. Since I didn't have the bar code or receipt, she needed to have me go get a new one so she could scan the code and see if it was purchased on my HD card to process. I offered to go do this myself since I noticed she had been telling people in line "we're busy, so it's going to be a minute." When I returned to the counter with the new hose, which was bound and coiled up tightly, she said "that's not the same hose you're returning, it's much smaller." I explained to her that's because the one I'm returning has been used for a few weeks and expanded. She still questioned me, and just said, "well I guess we'll find out, because if it's not showing purchased on your card, I can't do the return." Runs my card history, and what do you know, the same hose shows up! She looked pretty stupid at that point, but I bit my tongue and let it go. She then tried getting the returned hose into a bin, which she was struggling with, and swears loud enough for everyone in line to hear her, which caused a few laughs. Another one who shouldn't be working with customers. I

Outstanding store but your employees make it exceptional! From the floor staff to checkout everyone was pleasant, helpful and obviously love working there!

I went to the store to see if I could order online and have it delivered. The sales person took the time to show me they had what I wanted in stock, arranged for it to be delivered the NEXT DAY. I'm very happy with their continued great service.

Great experience shopping here always. Less busy then most stores and people go out of there way to help.

It was difficult at first to find someone to help us. Once we did, we ordered a new front door and were told it would be 3 weeks, after over a month I had to call to check the status, in which they told us that the incorrect door was sent (we never even knew anything was delivered). They then said that they had to reorder the door. After another month, I again had to call to check status and eventually cancelled the transaction as I was unable to obtain any new information.

Joe was amazing! He helped me from start to finish! He helped me find the exact products I needed and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He gave me tips on my project and was so knowledgeable about exactly what I needed to do to from start to finish. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Don't let Joe go he is a complete asset to your company!

The store was well organized and the aisles were not cluttered and easy to navigate with a cart. Friendly and helpful employees.

Over the years I have visit this store and spend lost of $, that being said it has been money well spend. My projects has progress over the years with an even cash flow due to good financing. This store has my recommendation.

Love this store better than any other Home Depot in the area. Super helpful employees and it has just about everything I need in stock.

We prefer to drive freeway to this store vs one that is closer. It is clean and all the employees are helpful, attentive, and friendly.

GARDEN STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AT THIS LOCATION. One garden staff was watering and stopped watering to answer our questions and walk us to the correct location. very friendly and we felt welcomed instead of feeling we were bothering staff, this store drops every day tasks to assist you.

The garden staff at this store are outstanding in helping a first time gardener like my self, everything I needed to get started.

I have shopped this store many times and have this one to be easier to get to and very pleasant to shop at. I will use this as my main store. I am centered between it and the one on sprague in spokane valley and it is always busy and the people are not as helpful as this store. So this is a much more pleasant place to shop.

We had a very nice experience at this store. The Cashiers were very informative and helpful as well as the customer service desk. The other employees were also very kind and helpful. It was a nice and actually fun experience.

The Staff at this particular store are always friendly, courteous, easy to find & ready to assist me whenever I shop at this store. Other Home Depot stores in the area are not as friendly, courteous, harder to find & do not always appear to want to assist me in finding the item(s) that I am looking for on repeated visits. I go out of my way to shop at this store because of the outstanding service. Thank You!
