I have a history of shopping at the Home Depot #6221 in Lisbon CT. As a retired Quality Assurance Specialist for the USN, I know quality when I see it, and experience it! I can't imagine that any Customer would have received anything less than excellent customer service! PS: Of course, I also know that there are some miserable customers, that no-one could please!

Store workers were amazing to work with, clean professional store where I felt safe and comfortable to shop at in these difficult times.

Every single employee in this store is always more than willing to help, going above and beyond.. friendly, knowledgeable, readily available to help whether it’s locating an item or loading an item into ones vehicle. Comparatively speaking, oddly enough, there are items I’ve noticed from personal experience that are CHEAPER at this Lisbon, CT store than other local Home Depot’s. Paxton, the manager (I believe) is always around to help with any issues if a customer has an issue, to chat and introduce himself to ensure the customers needs are being met; and between interacting w the customers as well as how he interacts w his subordinates, you can surely tell that this man is well respected by his staff and regular customers alike. Even if I am doing a job w another HD closer, I will drive the longer distance JUST to go to the Lisbon store BECAUSE of all of this ^. Means a lot to be greeted as a regular by name. Means a lot that the staff take the time to get to know their customers; and I think because of that, that is where the loyalty stems from, for me at least, to this Home Depot specifically. Always appreciate everyone’s help and efforts when shopping at this location. Surpasses the customer service and shopping experience by a long shot than I’ve received from other local Home Depot stores. Proud of everyone at this location and will be a life long customer because of it !

store was conscious of safety, ready with sanitized carts, most associates were wearing masks as well. thank you!

The BEST Home Depot store in the area! Always helpful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and are always keeping busy. Can't begin to state how impressed I am with their work ethic, cleanliness and courtesy. I will continue to ALWAYS shop at this Home Depot!

I do love shopping at this Home Depot, however today’s experience was awful due to the cashier running the self check registers today. She was loudly complaining about customers in the store to another employee about how people touch & sneeze on everything in the store and other customers don’t understand that. She suggested people “buy their water heater and get out” I could write more, It was a conversation that lasted the entire time I was checking myself out. Such negativity and disregard for customers. I feel that this is a difficult time for all of us and her attitude was simply rude, we are all frustrated, but she went above and beyond make sure that Home Depot “thinks you’re dirty”. I am an essential employee myself, and I am a manager, I would never tolerate my employees to speak like that for all of my customers to hear. It is a scary time for all of us but Perhaps Alyssa should choose to stay home herself if working an essential job is not for her.

This store has such an amazing staff that makes you feel welcome and right at home. I can only say that my experience with individuals at this store is comforting and friendly. No matter what mood I am in. Some may catch me in a bad mood but they break the barrier and impress me by striving for greatness

Great store - great people, only 6 miles from my home in a very thriving shopping center so it is not only convenient but I can go to several stores in one trip. Thanks for being here for the community - you are one of my husbands favorite stores and oh of cours mine too.

I had to purchase a new washer today. The associate was very helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and product was easy to find. The associate at the paint desk was also very friendly and helpful today also as I needed to get paint too.

I will definitely revisit the millwork dept. . Rick S. definitely came thru for me.

Great store and Employees.

The employees in the store always are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the processes in the store. The cashiers are friendly and efficient in getting us through the check-out without delay. We are very familiar with many products in the store and it is our go-to place for all our remodeling materials.

The store is comparable with all the other Home Depots. A main "problem" with all these larger stores now are the self-checkouts. More times than not, they hold up checkouts either by failure to place UPC codes on items, scratched or unreadable UPC codes and other issues which make the computer reading problematic. Another slowdown is the trouble other shoppers experience with checking out. You will have one "attendant" watching over 4 to 8 self-checkout terminals which can get jammed up. I would much prefer to shop where they have real human cashiers. I don't work for Home Depot.

Very helpful, friendly most of the time. Some of the people working in certain departments don't know what you are asking for but they are willing to help. If you need help, all you have to do is ask.

store was clean easy to found products

Rick, working in windows and doors, went out of his way to contact other Home Depot stores near my jobsite to see if they had additional materials beyond what was available here locally. So I bought what Rick had, and planned to get the rest at the other location. Rick did a great job, and was extremely knowledgeable.

If you need help with a custom paint color, this is the place to go! The staff are knowledgeable and determined to get it exactly right. I could not have been happier with their help and expertise. Excellent crew!

Jamal saw that the store was busy and the lines were getting long, so he opened up a register and started checking customers out.

Workers are very helpful at this Home Depot. They gave me good deals on one of the products I bought. I would highly recommend going to this Home Depot!

I love all the Home Depot stores. But from now on, I will only shop at the Lisbon, CT Home Depot. Rick Sabourin, the Millwork Specialist was the most professional sales rep that I've ever dealt with. The aisles are so wide it's easy to find whatever you are looking for, the employees are very nice to you, they are welling to help you on anything you need help on, the store is very clean and sanitary, everything is stock you would never find a sholve empty.

I shop at the #6221 Lisbon Store most always, when I need something for our home! The only time/way I would shop else where? Is if Mr. Frugal could find a much better deal elsewhere, which rarely happens! When I shopped there yesterday, the store was very clean, organized, and every thing I needed, was in stock! The Professional Customer Service I received at the Customer Service Desk, was "Outstanding" too! Thank you Team!

Everything I needed was there but the most enjoyable time was checking out, Brooke the cashier was delightful smiling and very helpful. I had to go to the garden section and she told me not to rush all my other stuff will be right here with me when you come back. More friendly employees like her would make shopping so much more enjoyable. Thanks Brooke.
