I shop at this location very often and the associates are always very friendly and helpful. The store is always stocked with the items I need and I can truly say that the store is consistantly clean. Overall, the entire staff is always volunteering to assist with what ever need you have. Thanks again to Ms. Bee, Aladino and Chris B., for always being friendly and helpful.

THE PRO DESK AT HD IN LITHIA SPRINGS IS FULL SERVICE! THEY FIND EVERY ITEM ON MY LIST EVERY TIME. THEY MAKE THE TRANSACTION SIMPLE AND HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR ME TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY.

The associates /design consultants in the Kitchen & Bath section were not very helpful or knowledgeable.

This store has friendly staff who are willing to make the shopping experience pleasurable. There have been times that I have felt lost in the stores while looking for items. The staff seemed to be available to help with locating items and assisting the process of getting an order together.

I had an appointment to discuss on replacing my kitchen cabinets. Mrs. Althia Collado was beyond professional nice and I would highly recommend her for your new kitchen design. She was a complete joy to work with and her suggestions and knolege directed me into the right direction ( MY KITCHEN IS HORRIBLE). I will still have to purchase more items on a later date and will defiantly speak and deal with her. She treated me with the highest of respect (LIKE FAMILY) and really enjoyed our 2 hours of designing my kitchen. Highly pleased with my order as well as the whole transaction. I really felt like I was talking to a family member helping me fix a bad problem and my kitchen is bad lol

It was gratifying to do business with this location. Although a big box chain store, I was served by knowledgeable staff, who provided high quality and personalized customer service and professionalism, and who cheerfully went above and beyond the call of duty to assure that my needs and requirements were met in a timely fashion.

A couple of employees, Nicole and Yvonda need some extra training in customer service. Nicole said I had to look up all the skew numbers for items I wanted to purchase when she could have looked them up on the computer. Later found out her shift was about to end. Yvonda was visibly upset with me after she had rung my purchase up and she had to cancel it so that I could get my gas credit on an $1800.00 purchase; can you believe that. I asked if she had some other place to be or needed to leave since it was obvious she didn't want to help me. The manager who came to cancel the purchase never acknowledged me or looked me in my eyes. It was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced.

Every employee should be like Latoya, and every customer deserves a Latoya in the store. She's just amazingly pleasant.

I was greeted and directed to correct aisle, therefore I was in and out in not time. The cashier Ms. Bee was friendly and save me $25.00 by applying for Home Depot card.

The employee are always nice, friendly, helpful! One employee in particular Mr. Joseph McBride always provide me with exceptional customer service. He always go out his way to help assist me when I come into the store looking for something or needing a question answered. He is a very good asset to Home Depot Team!

I went to HD store today with an idea for an education craft project. I wasn't sure if it would work or not. But I met Zach in Lumber and I told him my idea. He immediately turned my idea into a perfect reality. I now have 2 18" stands to hold my custom Puppets. Thanks Zach:-)
