Dyan at pro really made my experience smooth and easy and helped me locate other products around the store that I couldn’t find. She is my favorite pro associate.

Long story short: I was bracing myself for what I thought would be my worst customer service experience yet. However, fate had other plans, and I was fortunate enough to encounter an exceptional team who completely turned things around. I was on the verge of asking for the manager when a nice lady (dark skin), I believe her name is Khaliah, stepped in. Her professionalism and adeptness at de-escalating the situation were remarkable and truly appreciated. Khaliah's calm demeanor and empathetic approach immediately put me at ease. Instead of escalating tensions, she actively listened to my concerns and addressed them with genuine care and understanding. Her ability to navigate through challenging situations with grace and diplomacy is a testament to her exceptional customer service skills. I also want to extend my gratitude to Hunter, who played an instrumental role in guiding me through the purchasing process. His extensive knowledge of lawnmowers and dedication to his job were truly commendable. Hunter provided valuable insights and expert advice, ultimately helping me select the perfect lawnmower for my specific needs. I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Dominique and Valeria, who assisted me along with Hunter. Their combined efforts and teamwork made the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. Dominique's professionalism and Valeria's patience were invaluable, and I greatly appreciate their contributions to my positive experience. I have never received customer service the way I have received customer service at this specific Home Depot. Nick Theo, Marline, Joe, and Felicia have helped me with my development in the past two weeks and have saved me time and money! I will not go to any other Home Depot for the rest of the 10 houses that I will be building. I am grateful for their customer service. As a builder it’s very important to get in and out of the store and no other Home Depot compares to this one.
