The employees at this location are so helpful, I am always greeted at the door and the associates always offer to assist me throughout my experience. Darlene is my favorite . The customer service at this store is the reason I drive to Lithia Springs from Douglasville.

While I would recommend this store for buying products I would not recommend them for curbside pickup or inside pickup of orders. Curbside is nonexistent. I tried it a couple of times and no one ever comes out. Inside pickup is a roll of the dice, sometimes fast and other times awful. It needs organization and more people.

Very Friendly team member helped me get something from overhead without waiting

While I had an issue on this particular shopping trip with unavailable mulch and difficult to see kiosk at the propane exchange, this Home Depot has great customer service and helpful associates. I will return!

The employees at this location obviously love their jobs. Every single person there was kind, and sincere, they all did everything they could to help us out. One young gentleman even went to google something he didn’t know the answer to, which was so sweet but we told him it wasn’t necessary, and we appreciated him for it! Kira in the garden center checked us out the past three times we visited, and was so genuine and sweet. The employees here make it worth shopping at home depot, which i’ve always found to be a bit of a headache. 10/10, will definitely go out of my way to visit this location and this location only.
