THE LIVERMORE HOME DEPOT IS AN EXCELLENT STORE BOTH IN THE ASSOCIATES THAT WORK THERE, CLEANLINESS AND SUPPLIES. I DRIVE TO LIVERMORE HOME DEPOT FROM PLEASANTON BECAUSE OF THIS. THIS STORE IS DOING A FANTASTIC JOB AND A STELLAR REFLECTION ON THE MANAGEMENT TOO.

All the employees were very helpful and L found the right part I was looking for , it made my day.

Livermore store has been better than any of the other stores I have used , Norm has been the best customer service employee that I have delt with . Give the man a raise ! Don't let him go. Please!

Staff is very knowledgeable where I have been directed and helped in all areas of the store

Employees swarmed to assist in looking up and finding my item, which was in an unlikely spot. It was a small product, not an expensive appliance or other equipment. Other employees researched the particular item I selected to find out how I could buy it, even though it had been discontinued and was not supposed to be in the store.

Time and time again I have shopped this store I find the people are not just friendly, but helpful and more importantly if they don't have an answer they try and find someone who does. I feel it is a big reason for shopping here, This store seems to have the nicest and very understanding people. It's worth it to me to deal with them for my needs.

The store is always clean and easy for my to stop in on my commute since its right off the freeway, they always have someone in store to help me out.

Ted greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked what I was looking for. When I replied he knew exactly what aisle and where on the aisle the item I needed was. this store management and employees consistently outshines experiences we have had recently with other similar stores by far. They have been helpful and responsive. My wife and I both enjoy looking and shopping and have found when we do have a problem with a product or service we bought this stores management had been very professional and helpful in resolving our problems.
