Staff is always friendly and helpful

I bought some fluid for my vehicle and it has the engine running so smooth especially at a time of year when engines don’t run their best this fluid maximizes my vehicles running power

I went in needing a certain item and asked an employee. He gave me the isle number right away. I went to the isle and a worker came up to me immediately and helped me find what I needed. The cashier checked me out promptly and was very friendly. Great experience all together.

Is this is probably my favorite time of year to shop at home depot. Lots of great sales and gift ideas.

If you live in Lockport, NY and need a new door, call HOME DEPOT and set up a time for someone to measure it, and then make an appointment to speak with a "door specialist". This is what I did, and I am very happy with the results. The woman who worked with me was friendly, helpful and efficient.

She was even answering other co-workers questions while typing in my new order. She knows everything about having control...Out Standing! SANDRA door greeter, helped an elderly woman with one her own masks, caused she had left hers in the car. Saving the woman another walk to the parking lot. Mean a lot to us older folk.

Need cashiers at registers that are open, not standing at registers that are closed, talking. Part of the price I pay goes towards pay/customer service. If I'm forced to use self check out, I shouldn't given an opportunity for a duscount

Limited supply. Rude and uniformed employees who go to their smartphones for answers. (I could easily do that), with the exception of Erik in plumbing who is the opposite. Polite, knowledgeable and patient. If it weren’t the only big box home improvement store in the area I’d probably go elsewhere.

We went to the store to purchase a new gas range. We have been on-line comparing and had a few questions we needed answers to. Our first sales person was not helpful at all and I tried to tell him we had seen a few on Home Depot's site and he tried to tell us there was no such thing. I told him to search the site for one of the items and he told me "I know what I am doing", which he plainly did not. I was so angry we went home and I searched the site myself and found the item I wanted to discuss. My husband said to never mind we would go elsewhere. Against our better judgement we did go back and I said if we get the same salesperson I was leaving. Well, we got a very friendly and helpful young woman. She took time and answered all our questions and if she was not sure she ASKED someone. We ordered a high end gas range (+$3500.) So see it may not be the store that is at fault but to whom you talk to. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that first salesperson.

The store is very organized and the clerks are friendly! And they have a variety of brands to choose from. I buy pretty much all my building supplies from here and appliances. I'm very pleased! I do tell others, friends and family!

The employees at the Lockport location of Home Depot are exemplary, they’re friendly and beyond helpful. I enjoy shopping at this location because it’s clean and very organized.

Super staff! It's my local store, so I'm biased. I do find it less crowded, and staff is very friendly. I've had great shopping experiences here. Even with a few large, special handling purchases, the staff was always helpful, in terms of purchase, and loading when needed. Especially with large shed kit, and large tool box purchases.

Always a good experience, very helpful people especially Anthony in Tools, needed a pneumatic finish nailer and he found me a nice Rigid model and told me to have my wife meet him by the key machine and he would get it for her, had the nailer quick and was able to finish job, thanks.

During a recent visit that required the return of an artificial Christmas tree due to lights not working, purchased on a Black Friday special, the manager accompanied us to find a comparable tree and reduce the price to the equivalent of the Black Friday special. The true Holiday Spirit!

Greatest customers experience I’ve ever had in my life the older gentleman in plumbing was by far the best worker I have ever seen in my life he walked me through everything and didn’t try to rush me at all truly amazing he worked night on 12/7/20. Also the man with the shaved head in paint Also did an amazing job, he walked me through all the steps showed me my different options and once again didn’t rush me TRULY THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THANK YOU GUYS You too are the best

This survey is not a survey for shopper experience,but a market method to signup for future emails. Not good. If it's a survey simply ask questions for improving the customer experience with no other tags. Poor marketing.

Bob in appliances was very rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever and said something under his breath as I was walling away. Very unprofessional and condescending.
