I was looking for the Milwaukee tools and they asked if I needed help and the people there were really helpful.

Usually a great place to shop. Ask for Dawn or Pada and you will receive great service

Store was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, they tried to help me find filter for my vacuum, but they don't carry different shop vac filters only for Rigid shop vacs, so if you don't have their brand,then don't waste your time, but for pretty much everything else they carry it.

The cashier clerk Mark was the friendliest ever. He didn’t waste time. He helped me find the items I needed and checked he out. Fast service!

Purchased several products did not notice one was broken and another one was wrong price , returned to store replaced broken item and noticed them the price at register was different then the price on the tag at the bon, staff adjusted and gave me refund of the difference, very fast and friendly staff, great job

Very clean products I needed were located where I would expect to find them , the personnel in the tile area were very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Very good store.

Very clean, generally have everything I need in stock, store employees are extremely helpful and enthusiastic about helping find items. Check out is very quick and efficient. Very good shopping experience, I would recommend this store to anyone needing home improvement products.

If you are fortunate to have a employee named Dawn serving you at the check out then you will be serviced in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. I believe she would make an excellent trainer. Need help, seek her out!

I do a lot of shopping at home improvement stores. This store has the best employees of all stores. They are always pleasant and helpful. Other stores should take notice and try to hire similar persons. Not sure if it's management or training or both but I've always been treated respectfully at this store. Will continue to do business here.

Very poor customer service, I have a broken arm and requested assistance with loading a few sand bags I needed. They did not help at all we had to go load and carry out the bags. This is not customer service. I am now sitting here with Ice packs on my arm as it hurts since Home Depots employees did not see it necessary to assist a customer who requested help.

Great shopping experience yesterday at Home Depot !! Very efficient, professional and friendly associates throughout the store! Joanne, my cashier, was incredible in assisting with making sure I had the correct kitchen hardware!! Above and beyond my expectations ! Thank you Home Depot!!

I enjoyed my visit to the Lodi store, was in n out quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and most items had sufficient stock. All the associates I came in contact were courteous and respectful. A good experience, thanks.
