The store is very accessible to me at least, almost calling me in by the road. It's a warehouse big and full of all the stuff you'll need and want for your home and self. Staff are ubiquitous and friendly. Checkout is smooth and you get to enter a sweepstakes after. I just hope their after sale service is also as great. Haven't had any problem so far.

Think twice about using the appliance delivery services. My delivery person was in such a hurry, he neglected to level the refrigerator. The original solution offered was to wait longer for the return then it took to get the product in the first place. On the day of service, no time window was offered. After no call by midday, I called and was told that there was no estimated time of service.

Truly irritated when I walk into a hardware store and I am being ignored. Frank knew his stuff. Competence matters. Clean store. Well organized. Will keep coming back to this location.

As a GC I shop this store frequently and spend well over $100k there. I don’t like to bad mouth anyone but there is a particular cashier at the contractor checkout who is always rude. I can understand her frustrations but she over charged and then argued with me about it when I had the receipt in my hand. I was told “Tough sh**, you left the store. Really? OK I’ll give my next $100k to the blue big box store and will be sure to steer my fellow contractors away from this one! I’m actually at Lowe’s spending my next $2500

I have also purchased high end items and services with great satisfaction.
My garage door opener system; carpet/flooring installation; washer/dryer delivery and installation; and
most recently a new dishwasher and installation package - to replace a warn out machine.
I plan to purchase a new garbage disposal and installation service next month, once the dishwasher is delivered and running.
