There were two store associates that made the experience amazing. Their names are Ayanna and Kenny. Ayanna usually works in gardening but is willing to help in all areas. She is an extremely hard worker who goes above and beyond to remember customers and make their experience great. Kenny in flooring is an expert in his area. Kenny was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The world needs more people like Ayanna and Kenny!

I CAME INTO THE STORE WITH A LIST OF PLUMBING SUPPLIES I NEEDED TO REPAIR/REPLACE FIXTURES IN MY BATHROOM. THE SALES ASSOCIATE (DARRYL) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE ACTUALLY WALKED ME THROUGH MY ENTIRE LIST AND HAND PICKED EVERYTHING WHAT I WOULD NEED. I HAVE NEVER, EVER EXPERIENCED THAT IN HOME DEPOT OR THE OTHER STORE!! I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED. Called midday of delivery day to see if there is a more accurate time of delivery.
Told at that time Delivery date has been changed and was never notified.
Frustrated, was told I would receive a 10% discount (I did not receive)
A very dirty, dented and scratched grille was delivered two days later.

They handled curbside orders efficiently - order was filled in a matter of hours and store pickup was fast and efficient. Had another order at another competitor's store that took 4 days to be filled and while they said they offered curbside pickup when I arrived I ultimately had to go into the store and wait almost a half hour to get my order...
