I don't think it should take 50 minutes to buy a lawn mower. One staff member could be bothered helping, the staff member from the area wouldn't get off the phone. Obviously if the shelves were stocked I wouldn't need there assistance

I am a crafter and Home Depot have been my favorite store for years.I visit this store very often...
I am a crafter and Home Depot have been my favorite store for years.I visit this store very often ,anywhere there is a Home Depot store in the United State as long as I am in the vicinity I visit it.They have the things I need to do my crafting and the price is reasonable .A few cashier knows me by face because I am a regular sometimes three or four times per month I am in Home Depot. They have very nice employees who will make your visit special and will spend the time to find what you are looking for or its substitute.Last week I visited the Lodi store and there was a gentleman who was so nice ,he helped me to find what I could use to reupholster my accent chair.Unfortunately I did not ask his name ,but I will definitely look him up the next time I visit .

There needs to be better staffing during peak times in the store. I find what I need but a lot of times especially in the Gardening Department all you have is cashiers who don't know anything about the product. I have been there where the salespeople are glued to their cellphones. Maybe Management should have them check them in when they get to work and pick them up when they are finished with their shift. The main reason I shop there is the discounts I receive and the merchandise is reasonable. There return policy though is excellent and I credit them with that.

I have shopper Home Depot stores for years.My experience this time was as satisfactory as all other times. I asked for assistance and received it immediately. The associate directed me to the department I needed and explained to me the differences in products needed to complete my project. Associates attitudes were welcoming and friendly. The store was very clean!

The Lodi store has been my go to place for new fencing. We have about four hundred feet of wood fencing so repairs are constant. Instead of buying the six foot fence panels already made I started making my own using materials from the Lodi store. I use galvanized screws instead of the usual nailing and it means I can replace any damaged board with ease. Also makes a stronger fence, well worth the extra assembly time. I don't need a truck for transport since everything fits inside my van. Thanks Home Depot!

Had an experience where my husband and I had to return and exchange a kitchen appliance for a different color. We had purchased the appliances on the last day of a sale and when we called we were told that we would have to pay the regular price because the sale had ended. But we were told to come in and speak to a manager. Store manager Roy assured us that it would be handled. He then put us in the capable hands of two employees Elizabeth and Glynnis who were patient, took care, and were most reassuring in making sure our transaction was handled properly. It was a lengthy process and we went late in the day and I have had experiences in other stores where in similar situations the employees seemed rushed and possibly slightly annoyed. These two young ladies were friendly and reassuring. I went in a little worried and left satisfied. Thanks Lodi Home Depot.
