I like this store. It is large and has a good selection. It has many items in sufficient quantities for me to get my jobs done. I can always find what I need at this store. Also, I like Spax screws and this is the only local store that I know of where I can find them.

When corporate told me they couldn't help me with my warranty issue I was frustrated because I thought I was going to be out $1200. But the team at the Londonderry, NH store were amazing and helped me with a complicated return/reorder process that would have made head spin. I first spoke to David on the phone who took my info from me, found my old order number by calling corporate and he called me back with the info I needed. In store the manager Dana and his team were amazing. They went way above and beyond to process this complicated return and re-order. Dana, Stephanie, Donna, Shannon and Jeff were all great to me, had great attitudes and patience and showed remarkable teamwork. I truly believe that at many other stores the associate would have simply said "sorry, there's nothing we can do to help" and sent me on my way as soon as the process wasn't easy or straight forward. But these guys made it happen and I'm extremely appreciative.

I have shopped at this location since it was constructed. Usually it's a pleasant trip and if I seek the advice of any store employee they are usually very friendly and helpful. Not the case with my last visit. In the past, if I had an older custom mixed gallon of latex paint and wanted to get a new gallon, I'd bring the lid with the formula on the label and get another gallon mixed. Simple, right? I hand the lid over to the not so friendly "paint specialist " and he says "white, right?" which was the base color. Assuming that he was going to add the tint like on the formula he then asked if I wanted it mixed. I thought that was strange as of course I'd want it mixed. I get to my car and I thought...I'd better check it. Sure enough WHITE. I wasn't upset as I'm glad I checked it, went back in and saw the same guy. No apologies, nothing. He proceeded to add the tint, put it in the shaker and this is where it all went down hill. Paint everywhere. Expletive after expletive, kicking and throwing stuff gets another gallon to start over. After its mixed, he takes the small cover off, spills paint all over the place including the gallon can I was to take home. By this point he's having a major melt down. I tried to say to him, "this isnt my fault, I only came to get a gallon of paint. If you hate your job that much, maybe you should find a different one" and as I was talking, he walked away. And his partner was zero help because he was too busy trying to help the attractive young woman that had originally said she was all set. I spoke to the "assistant" manager and while he listened, I left with the feeling that the two paint department buddy's will tell a different tale and that the whole event will get brushed under the carpet. As it was happening, a female store employee encouraged me to look at my receipt and fill out the survey at the bottom. What does that tell you?

Mary in Lawn and Garden provided hands-on assistance and advice. Woman at checkout (also Mary) also provided advice about lawn care.

Great employees, they knew where everything was.

I was offered alternatives for projects I thought I would have to go to a craft store and spend double what I was shown during my trip to HD. The woman, Sharon, who helped me couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. 10/10 for service and selection.

We bought a vanity and top at this store. They had many choices to actually "see!" That makes it easy to decide. Great quality and beautiful design. We will be buying another vanity for our 2nd bathroom.

In the "Milwaukee" tools are, I needed assistance in finding the correct tool(s), and the young man in the "Milwaukee" shirt went "above & beyond" to assist me in getting EXACTLY what I needed. And, added additional value by showing me an "extremely" SALE-PRICED item for me to purchase as an additional Christmas present.

Every employee I encountered was rude. No greeting and I said good morning to three different employees. The cashier should be fired. Pajamas at work.

This store and it’s staff always make my job easier the pro desk is knowledgeable and do all they can to help keep my business on track. The store employees and cashiers keep the store in clean order and always have a great attitude. Thankyou

Great store with great customer service

This IS my Home Depot and yes you did 'nail it' just like always!

I can't walk through the store without being greeted by a smiling face(s) multiple times. They all are sincere and make it a pleasant trip every time!

My "home" Home Depot has once again indeed "nailed it!"

Donna in customer service was excellent and helped me order my item over the phone as online it couldn't be done. She was excellent!

I always get fantastic customer service from extremely nice friendly people at this location and would urge anyone that is going to shop at Home Depot do yourself a favor and pick the Londonderry location. It's a fun atmosphere created by everyone that work in this particular store.

I frequent this location as part of my regular home upkeep routine mostly because I recognize an am also recognized by the employees when I walk into the store. A certain employee, Tom, was at during the summer of 2019 a senior in high school, searched for a bag of soil for succulent plants while I continued to shop for additional items. Tom successfully found the item for me that had arrived the previouos day but not yet been put on the floor. Another employee, Robert, has gone to great lengths to help me time and again in the garden department. Robert has even gone beyond and assisted me when I casually mentioned that I was considering the purchase of a wood pellet stove, by researching on the stores computers the model that would best suit my needs and fir within my home. Enjoy the visits to the store and will visit the store above all other home improvement stores when I have the need for ANYTHING for my home.

This store employs some of the most impressive and professional people around. I don’t say that lightly. Obviously their work culture program is working, because all the young people there were industrious and polite. I’d go to this store over any other in the area, the store manager should be commended for building and maintaining that environment, as well as all the frontline supervisors. Keep up the good work everyone.
