I like to shop fast. Therefore I rely on the internet aisle location. This is my second trip to this location and nothing is ever where it is supposed to be. I only shop here when other home depots are out of stock.

The store associates are incompetent. I special ordered cabinets, paid for them and after eleven weeks they told me my cabinets were lost. They have taken their sweet time refunding the money back to my credit card. It still has not shown up as a credit even though three days ago they told me it was. So, they have take my money and have not given me any product. The sales associates just tell me that, well it shows the credit, but they cannot tell me when when the process it. I have lost time and money on this and will never order cabinets from Home Depot again.

On Wednesday evening 3/24 cashiers (Mia, Andrea and a female with a boy cut haircut) were extremely rude and disrespectful and everyone including the assistant manager on duty (Desarae) refused to give me her name. The cashiers were very disrespectful to my elderly father and didn’t even apologize for the damage the delivery drivers did on my the stove that I purchased I was charged a restocking fee of $100 and the cashiers attitude didn’t help. I went in there after a long day of work and had to haul the stove back to the store just to be disrespected. I was extremely nice to them so I don’t understand the attitude that they had and the assistant manager completely ignored my complains accused and questioned my minor daughter of taking pictures of her employees and even asked to see her phone which I did not allow her to do because she does not have that right I just wonder how many customers in this store don’t speak up and how these cashiers get away with being so rude to customers, I’ve always shopped at this store but thanks to them I will never be going back very poor customer service

This is a great store and is very close to the 405 Frwy for easy access. They had items in which other stores were out of and the staff is so helpful. The Manager Larry helped me greatly along with Tommy. I would definitely go to this store if I were you. The store is very clean and service and help is quick and easy. I hope you review them well after you try them!

Would not recommend, I often have to make my way thru the homeless and non-licensed food vendors to get into the store. The store shelves are lacking, supplies are low. In store help is substandard.

Love this Home Depot! Garden center is great and staff is really friendly! Highly recommended!

Just a note of thanks to all the staff and Managers at the Spring Store, for taking the time to make your shoppers feel welcome and 'safe' during these uncertain times. there were plenty of associates when I came into the store and everyone seemed very attentive to me the registers were being wiped down after every associate and the ladies at the checkout were very friendly love this home depot!

The store was clean and the store manager Mario Espinoza was great help!

The Signal Hill Home Depot Store #1062 has to be one of the worst Home Depot Stores. This store is so unorganized, the aisle are hard to get thru. One of the boggest dissapointments about the Signal Hill Store is the poorly organized tool deparment and end cap displays.

Store needs to have more pressure water supplies and fittings . You sell but you have very few supply’s .

Very organized and great service will definitely continue shopping here for all our companies needs.

Cashier smelly is rude has a smart mouth and is disrespectful to customers. Manager sandra is not helpful. Rudeness must be part of the training as they have mastered it.

This is an outstanding store, not only for the items that you carry but for you customer service. I came to purchase items for my bathroom and Alexis helped me find the items I needed. When I came home the items fit perfectly. I am not only impressed with Home Depot but with the service I got as well.

Although I am a lady I have to admit that my favorite store to visit is THE HOME DEPOT! I find everything I need as a homeowner! Thank you HOME DEPOT and all your employees for helping all of us with although we are in this pandemic! Thanks for going the extra miles for your customers!

Overall I would give the store a four. I have been very satisfied most of the time but there was once that there was nobody to assist me from the department that I needed.

I had bad customer service today from a cashier Angie who totally ignored me when I asked her for a military discount. She proceeded to keep talking to the employee on break and turned her back to me. I asked her 2 more times and she ignored me both times. Finally another cashier came from behind and said that she wouldn't ignore me and she would help me out. That cashier help me out gave me my military discount. Upon checking out I asked this cashier for the girl's name that ignored me. She said she couldn't give me the cashiers name shes not allowed. I ended up having to walk up to the girl Angie to get her name as she still continued to carry her conversation with the employee that was on break. Over all the worst customer service I have received from all the years I have shopped at this store.

Jamal from the Garden department was extremely helpful. We couldn't find any one in another department, but he was walking by and helped us twice. I hope he's there every time we go.

This is a good HD location as I have been to ~30 different locations nationwide.

Store #1062 is a wonderful store. ALL of the employees are kind and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this Signal Hill store. I would highly recommend you shop there.

The Spring Street Home depot in Bixby Knolls is consistent with demonstrating excellent customer troubleshooting. We own & operate a 40k sqft residential building with 268 tenants. We hired a masonry to drill through a cement wall and an electrician to run wiring...very $$$$. One of the managers followed up with us the next day and advised us about a Duct Free Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan at Home Depot.com. I was able cancelled the contractors. Save us a ton of headaches!! If you can't find what you need, ASK the Pro's at Home Depot or advise w/a manager! These guys take there clients seriously! Great work...thank you to all the staff member..that have gone above and beyond.
