Friendly personnel. Clean store. Customer service desk is pretty efficient.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS STORE FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT OR FELT DISSATISFIED.

This Home Depot is bigger than most of the ones that I have visit, it even has a tool rental department. The store is constantly stocked, which makes it so easy to find a product you’re looking for. Employees are there to assist you with whatever questions you may have. I had no problems moving around in the store from one place to the other. Overall I rate this particular Home Depot at Lovejoy number one overall!

The store is highly efficient. Merchandise is relatively easy to find, plenty of signs that display what is available in each isle, associates attend to customers a bit quicker than usual, most prices are clearly visible, it's rental center is very responsive and it is closest to my home.

Camellia did a great job I appreciated her wanting to help. We were created upon arrival and it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly and store gave out mask for safety!! Latoya made sure I got a mask for my kids as well, encouraging the kids it was cool and safe to wear one!

Mrs Robinson at customer care is always so helpful and funny. She makes me smile and always get my order right. If I don't see her at customer care, I will ask if she working today, if not I'm out the door until she is back at work. Please keep her at work in customer care 24 hours,she's such a blessing

I bought a house on 10/30/20 and have visit the store over 20 times making purchases and exchanges. The staff is always willing to assist and is always nice. I love coming to the Lovejoy location.
