I love Home Depot and am a shareholder. This particular Home Depot could use some customer service training. In general they are unfriendly and not helpful when I have questions. The have become skilled at customer avoidance. Today I passed 11 employees without a greeting. But I go there because I love the tradition of Home Depot and have come to accept this Home Depot lacks behind the standards set by the founders. The store was clean and the out-of-stocks were not too bad. Maybe I expect too much. Allow me to point out Breland, I hope I spelled her name correctly, is an associate Ken, Bernie, and Arthur would be proud. I suggest Breland teach a customer service training class.

This store is nearly always well stocked. I especially like their hardware area and use it very often. The staff are always helpful and friendly too which makes it a pleasure to shop there.

Store was well stocked and Travis in hardware was very knowledgeable about tools and made a great suggestion to help me decide on which tools to buy. Answered all my questions and was easy to find what I needed in the hardware section. Aaron the cashier was very helpful as well and made the late-night trip enjoyable.

If you need blinds for your windows go to the department. They are all so friendly and helpful. We worked with Jolene and she was wonderful. Enjoyed our visit to Home Depot.

When getting new flooring Home Depot was the place to be, we live in the mountains anywhere from one hour to one hour and a half from a Home Depot. We payed $50 for a measurement and was sent in the mail carpet samples was able to do the entire transaction remotely which was wonderful we have three small children and sometimes going in the store is impossible. We had two other contractors look at the flooring and we went with Home Depot and upgraded to the tempur pedic floor pad to get the longest life out of our new Life Proof carpets. The customer service representative over the phone was wonderful, full of life, easy to talk to and full of information. We are Home Depot shoppers for life!

Home Depot should be your first stop. They are focused on doing what they can to provide customer service and helped me address an issue I had with some tools. I have found that where they can, they will take extra steps to make things right and not simply default to the first option and say, sorry that is all we can do. Thank you Loveland Home Depot

We are in the process of replacing countertops, kitchen sink, etc. We were more than pleased by the help that we received from Janet Keenan, the Design Consultant, who helped us decide what we could do and also what they would do to help us.

Would be nice if all the doors were open, as people were closer with only one door

Dark, dirty, disorganized. Could find absolutely nothing I went there for.

Employees all over the store but no one available to help or even get a cart for you, carts are always out in the parking lot, not where you need them. Routine drywall supplies out of stock, 18 guage pin-nailer out of stock, cashier cranky, I could go on and on.

Store is NOT enforcing required mask wearing. Yes I spoke to manager who confirmed.

Our service rep in your counter top area was extremely helpful. His knowledge was great and he truly helped us find the right counter top for us. He also did an extremely great job in finding the right sink to replace our old one. Great Job!! Thanks Merlin and Pam

Paint dept need customer service lessons

As part of the Covid 19 cleaning the counters and registers are a start. However not 1 cart has ever been disinfected. How about wipe stations for the cart handles? It does not seem to be a problem for grocery stores.

Magda is a great cashier!

The Loveland Home depot has always had professional and friendly service. the employees are knowledgeable and capable of answering questions related to the trades. this is a key element for me and others who Have questions before they purchase.

People are friendly and helpful in and out is a breeze

This store is generally very good. The majority of the employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. However, there is one lady you should look out for at the Checkout area. Her name is Magda, she is ALWAYS working and she's very rude. I've encountered her numerous times over the past year, and she's always been rude. If I walked into the store and saw that there was only 1 register open, and Magda was working that register, I would walk out and go to Lowe's.

THIS STORE HAS A CONSISTENTLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

this Home Depot location has "updated" all checkouts to self-serve. The individuals that were supposedly there to assist with checkout were all too busy on their phones or chatting with co-workers to be of any assistance. We could not locate anyone within the store to answer a couple simple questions and no less than 6 associates turned away when we attempted to ask for help. We will no longer be shopping at this location.

Magda at check out was great, very energetic and eager to help. Ethan in door department was also fantastic in explaining the Andersen storm door selections and the Pro Extra program.

The store was very clean and had a vast amount of high quality options for each product. The staff was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful employees! The best home improvement store I've ever been to!

We were shopping for appliances and received excellent help from an associate there who really knew a lot about each appliance. She was warm, friendly, and did not rush us. She was able to answer every question, even if it took her a bit of time to look it up. She did not push us to buy more than we needed, but really listened to our needs and responded. I will come back here for appliances next time.

Store is well stocked and somewhat organized as you would expect in a hardware and lumber store. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
