Service was amazing, helpful and friendly!

The store was very busy. When I asked for the veterans discount because my husband was a veteran, the cashier asked for my ID. When I told her it was my husband, she asked for his ID. I don't know anyone who carries their husband's ID. She told me her manager could use discretion. Then she asked for my ID. Since my husband is a veteran, I don't have an ID. Then she told me she could give me the discount. I feel that if she hadn't planned on giving me the discount, she shouldn't have continued with the extra questions. She could have just said, "I'm sorry, I can't give it to you without his ID". On another note, I did need assistance with finding a couple of items, an employee immediately looked on the computer and found the items as well as alternatives.

Cashier LARYSSA was more interested in flirting with another employee than customers or check-out process. Some training is definitely in order!

The employees here are knowledgable and enjoy helping customers.

Often under staffed, therefore, can't get questions answered. Understocked and I have been told by employees that this is a 'smaller' store than Ft Collins and Longmont and can't carry the items that I see in the other store. This area is growing rapidly, it has been proven that new homes = more shopping in home improvement stores. Step up our game!

The way which I treated reveals that this store has a great management team, I would like to mention a very sweet employee Her name is Magda , she looks very kind and professional that she can easily convince you to give loyalty to Home depot and get Home depot credit card. I have a special appreciation to her since she is very polite and very helpful.

Not a store I’d recommend, nor would I count on getting any assistance in the store if you’re a woman. 14 employees ignored me, I was in the store for 40 minutes. Poor customer service.

Love, love, love- the Loveland CO store. Exemplary customer service. Everyone goes out of their way to help- including Katie the manager on duty on a Sunday. They got a ladder to get a shade off a discontinued light fixture. They didn't have to do that, but typical Loveland Home Depot work ethic- "not a problem" If thy can make it happen for the customer, they will!" Love the electrical department staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to do what it takes. Paint department- if you're need paint, have paint questions or anything paint related this is where you need to go! Doors- what a team there! Never had a bad customer experience at Loveland Home Depot.

Good store with great customer service. I’m there almost daily for supplies and can count on employees like Steve and Silvia to be helpful.

I have been impressed with the employees. They are very pleasant and very willing to help, over and above what might be expected.

Home Depot has been serving me and my family for the last 5 years. We are always thankful for the helpful people we have worked with, from carpet and flooring to paint and lumber. This store has a few great employees and quite a few that need an attitude adjustment. Usually poorly stocked and no one checking on items missing for weeks. I have special ordered items and picked the last one up a week before I got a call to tell me it was in. No management.

I just moved to the area and will be using this Home Depot a lot. It is laid out a little different than the stores in IL but was easy to navigate. I had a real good experience with the associate in electrical while looking for a Wifi thermostat for our home, he even walked us to the plumbing section in our quest for a water line for the refridge

Hire more employees like Elizabeth H. She was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The Kids you have there don’t seem to want to be bothered with helping me or answering my questions. She is the ONLY reason I gave your store 3 stars.

Excellent customer service! Doesn't seem to happen much any more. Super thrilled with all the help I received. It made me smile with gratitude all day, and I was willing to be kind and helpful to others. It's amazing what acts of kindness/service can do.
