    Fantastic help in the paint department
    My faith in the Home Depot paint department was renewed on 6/29/23! I needed advice on what I would need to paint a 3,000 square foot dance floor. Noelle and Alexa were extremely helpful and patient with me. I’m no expert in painting and they walked me through the supplies I would need and how much paint it would take. They told me I needed 8 gallons for the job which was exactly 1/2 gallon more than I needed! Was I a happy camper? Yes I was. Thanks again Noelle and Alexa!

        Frustrated
        Been there twice. Pro extra counter was no help finding what I needed when the web site shows 249 in stock and when asked to speak to the manager, I get the deer in the headlights look. And the other 5 associates cared less about helping me. I’ll be looking at other home improvement centers for my materials and telling my contractor buddies.

          It has the worst Veteran's discount program ever.
          I updated my account and reloaded the QR code for the discount. I ended up arguing with the customer service people for 20 minutes before I was able to get the discount.

            Happy customers due to customer service!
            My husband and I had THE BEST experience this evening thanks to Ken and Kasey (w/ Jose as backup). Ken answered all of our questions and just had the best attitude. Kasey went above and beyond and literally went from one end of the store to the other to get the product we needed for our pressure washer. If you’re ever at this store ask for Ken or Kasey! They’ll take good care of you.

              Friendly folks but inventory is always lacking
              Common items are out of stock and good luck getting someone to help you in a timely fashion.

                REGINA was an INCREDIBLE Help!!!
                Rejina is a GREAT helper at the Home Depot off the Loop! She helped me find a whole list of items on my shopping list, helped load them (some stuff was very heavy), she pushed my cart, and made sure I was taken care of all the way up to the check out desk. I will continue to shop here because they always have the BEST customer service! Thank you SO MUCH REGINA!!!!! You were a true gift from God today!!

                      I received the best customer service at self check out. Christina the cashier was great and extremely friendly. Was great to have someone at self check out who greeted you, helped with the transaction and thanked me for stopping. Great customer service.

                        MOD was very rude
                        Overall since the start of the mandatory download out app to use your military discount the service has gone downhill and the MOD that came over to assist was a complete rude and abrasive guy. He has his name away so could jot see what it was. Tammy was an amazing cashier!!

                          My wife wanted to order me a new Weber smoker for my birthday, so we went in to get some help ordering it since we lost our card. Brooklynn was the employee who assisted us. She not only found it, and got it on our Home Depot card, and was able to use my military discount! That’s what I call outstanding customer service!

                            You can’t go wrong with the Pro Desk!
                            The pro desk seizes to surprise me with each visit I make. I have 2 buddies that now shop at Home Depot for all their large projects because I only had great things to say about this store.

                                Inventory is off
                                I have to use HD a lot through my work and check their app to make sure items I’m looking for are in stock. When I get to the store the items can’t be found. Even the employees acknowledge it’s a problem. At least they’re friendly. Extra star for employees.

                                  Delivery service was absolutely terrible!
                                  On Monday August 29th we purchased a new washer dryer with pedestals. $2300+! We agreed to delivery on Saturday Sept 3rd. It was implied we’d get a call Friday with a delivery time window. Called several times Saturday to get a window. Three times & no one answered phones in appliances. In 4th used the recorded prompt & asked for a manager. He tracked down our window for 3-7 pm delivery. No one had arrived by 7 pm! We sat at our empty new home for 4 hours! Called again & asked for a manager again. He said he would look in to it & call back. We left the house at 7:30 pm. 10 minutes later we received a call from delivery driver, 20 minutes away! UNACCEPTABLE! We demanded early delivery for Tuesday 9/6. Your survey says “Did We Nail It?” No you did not! My time is just as valuable as yours - I would like to be compensated for my lost time! Keep in mind - you have a large box store competitor in the same area.

                                      Lightbulb department
                                      I knew I needed Energy efficient lightbulbs and (steve, older man) helped me find $280. I’m changing all the lightbulbs to energy efficient & Steve was a big help as i was a bit lost at Looking at so many items

                                      Won't ever go back to this Home Depot
                                      I placed a rather large order (for same day pickup). It was not ready when I arrived so I arranged to pick it up the next day. It was STILL not ready and I got multiple excuses from customer service manager, Sandra, for why it wasn't her fault. I cancelled my order.

                                        Have been a builder for years and have been writing checks for years, the company decides to stop taking my checks. Management is absolutely no help, very disorganized, pro desk sucks completely, the store is messy all the time and met team is trash. They dont help builders whatsoever

                                          No room to shop. Can not get to shelves or get lumber to checkout because are crammed full by suppliers extra displays. The store is junkier than a pawn shop. Below they ask for photos! Appaeently regional and corporate nanagement do not visit their stores.

                                              Could not get assistance from employees
                                              Asked 4 different employees for assistance. The response from all: "I don't work this department; you'll have to find someone who does." Not one of them offered to help find the elusive individual who apparently works in the department in which I needed assistance. Orange vests everywhere in the store, but could not get assistance.

                                                During this trip, I had to speak to 4 members just to get a bay unlocked. From my interaction with the first member it took 30+ minutes to get the simple assistance I needed.

                                                  Shelves not getting stocked - continuing problem
                                                  I checked the HD app and found 81 bags of a type of fertilizer in stock. At the store there were none on the shelf. It took three contacts and 20 minutes to get one of the many orange aprons to get it down…and it was retrieved by the watering guy. I make several trips to HD every week and the lack of in-stock items on the shelves is getting worse. Almost every trip requires an apron getting something out of overhead. They don’t like it when I use the stairs but they won’t keep the shelves stocked and finding the limited aprons that can use the stairs can be difficult. No

                                                    I went in during the Memorial Day sale and the group of people I worked with during my visit went above + beyond to help make my purchasing experience a memorable one! Rachel, Drew, Allys, Diane + Elijah were so helpful and friendly…this is the only place I will shop - and will seek them out when I have questions.

                                                          Will take my business else where .. went to the 50th street store to buy my flooring, got there early before the rush .. the guy helping me had no clue what he was doing.. finally I showed him there own Product online to which he replied that they were out at that location the other store had 70 cases. So I went to the other store here in Lubbock they has zero Cases. Said they could order it .. but would take ten days (Supposedly had 70 boxes). Told them I needed by Saturday. So I was Forced to buy a more expensive flooring Option.. think that was there plan the whole time
