Beaumont is more in my shopping area but I will be going to Lufkin from now on. The sales associates bend over backwards to help. Very satisfied with the Lufkin store.

The primary reason for my comments is to relay my overall great feelings for your having some of the most helpful, kind, and friendly employees I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Please take good care of them all; it’s not easy working with the public when issues arise and especially when there is an exchange of money for goods and/or services. I found a clean store, exceptional assistance from primarily two of your outstanding employees: Amber and Kacey! (REMEMBER THEM!) They were so wonderful to me and I observed both of them assisting others with a great deal of patience and understanding! Be proud of these exceptional employees!!

Quick and easy, $600 spent. Service was extremely good as compared to competitor down the road. We are remodeling home and this is where we will shop. It is their SERVICE that makes the difference.

I accidentally left some small items on my cart when I loaded my truck, and didn't notice until later. When I returned to the store and asked my cashier, Jami, if anyone had found my purchases, she remembered me and immediately began asking other employees about the items. No one had found them, so I went to replace the items. Brendan tracked me down and said he had found my items on my cart in the parking lot, and he had them for me.

I am a 73 year old retired male with bad knees. The store had a cart for me to ride (charged), and when i asked a cashier for help, she was fast, friendly and knew who, where and what to do. The young man was helpful fast, friendly and had me loaded and to the regestier before i could think straight. Trips like this reafirm my faith in the system. ( they are places that care and have work ethic's)

This store has a lot of good products at fair prices, but the lazy employees and poor management have ultimately made this store unshoppable.

The store is clean & uncluttered, well-stocked, products easily found. Very importantly, the employees are quick to assist and know their products. I shop here exclusively, having had problems in the "other" home improvement store in town.

The employees are friendly and helpful, especially the sales associate Kacie. It does no good to go to a store that has plenty of merchandise but nobody to help you find it. They actually act as if they want to help you at Home Depot rather than acting like you bothering them. They have everything we want at very fair prices. This is my favorite place to purchase everything I need to update and remodel my beloved childhood home that belonged to my grandparents in which I now entertain my own grandchildren. They have everything from lumber to the little odd gadgets that make things easier to things that make the house and outdoors pretty. Love this store! I can spend hours there just browsing. I used to not notice the store and didn't shop there. It's like a hidden gem we've discovered. Excellent! Thank you Kacie for helping us!

Whenever I go into my local The Home Depot and appear to be looking for a product, I am always asked by an employee if they could be of assistance. I do not have that experience at the other local home improvement store.

Noah I was very helpful he knew a whole Lotta stuff you should give him a raise. Joanne was also very helpful when I was returning something today, another woman Susanna should definitely be fired she is so rude

I stop at this store when I am in the area as I find the quality of product better than other home improvement stores. This trip was a bit of a disappointment. The lumber I needed is always binned high so you have to stand on a cart or climb the rack to wiggle out the lumber. This time it was practically empty and all pushed to the back. So I left without my lumber. Then when I got home I found the lawn treatment bag I had bought had been sliced open on the back and sealed with tape. Not happy about this either. Not a great trip to Home Depot this time.
