The customer service here is top notch. I purchased a tool chest to pick up at the store and they helped break it down in order to fit it in my vehicle. When removing the bolts, it was found that several were stripped and/or cross threaded. They replaced the bolts as well as provided a dis ount for it being damaged.

Home Depot have the best affordable annual and perennials available!! I So many options to choose from!

I went in to purchase a self-propelled lawn mower for an uneven yard. Sid and Scott knew exactly where to lead me and showed me the different options when it came to push mowers. Once at checkout, Tricia was very friendly and had an associate help me load the large mower box into the back of my car. Any time I need something for my house, I definitely visit this store because the associates will know exactly what I am looking for and exactly where to find it.

Machesney store had more examples of dishwashers and refrigerators on the floor than did their other store and they were in better condition.

Not the closest Home Depot to my home, but it's worth the longer drive because of the great service i always get there.

I was looking for a few products and Sid knew exactly where each were located and made the right suggestion on the product. I always ask/look for Sid when I come to this store because he is a very knowledgeable employee and makes sure I leave with the solution to my project.

The kitchen design department here is amazing! I met with Audrey Teeters at length to plan my kitchen. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, detail oriented, conscientious and professional! It was a true privilege to have her help me plan my kitchen!

The workers here are the friendliest, most helpful people! I live to go into this particular store in Machesney Park-I have a lot of projects and always get help and leave with a smile!
