I was extremely happy with my visit to this store, with the exception for the fact that Home Depot considers GIFT CARDS to be "special discounts", which cannot be used in conjunction with email discounts (in my case...for my birthday). So...beware when shopping at ANY Home Depot that they will not honor an email discount if also presenting a GIFT CARD (which is, in reality, CASH). Outside of this unexplainable policy, the employees and the store are fine. It is for this reason that I can only give 3/5 stars.

This store is neat and clean and well stocked.

The customer service at this store is above all expectations. From sales people on the floor to the cashier who helped us with our purchase. The store is incredibly clean and there are plenty of carts & registers. Great prices too - found a couple of absolute bargains!!

Self checkout can sometimes be slow with stoic staff; not at the MACOMB TOWNSHIP Store #2776. You'll always be greeted with a smile and they are always helpful.

Why is it always so hard to find help at the Macomb Home Depot? It seems like there is more employees socializing than actually helping people. If you ever need help, just walk up to the key-making machine because that's their "watercooler" where they gather to socialize. Even when you find someone to ask a question, they are clueless or if you need help finding a product, they get on their phone to look it up online. What's the point in asking... they just need to add more self-checkout lanes and make the whole store self-service.

My Home Depot is the best and the people are always very help full and nice.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I was not greeted by the cashier to start off with. She had an attitude the whole time of my transaction. It made my experience unpleasant. I then asked if an employee can help me take my purchase to my car and nobody came after a couple of minutes of waiting. I had to ask a person working outside to come help me. Will not be returning back to this location.

Angie at the Return Desk is THE BEST! I've lost count of how many times she's made my returns hassle-free and pleasant experiences. Most other places I dread going to for returns. This store overall is my favorite HD in the area. Very helpful staff overall.

I needed help with locating a specific saw and two employees were more than happy to assist me in my search. Even to go as far as helping me choose a better saw, then the one I thought I was going into buy! Amazing employees.

i was in a hurry one day. the staff was very helpful in locating what i needed. at self checkout Brenda was extremely kind and nice helping me checkout and get on my way.

Plain a simple No one cares ! Went in to buy a 2 gallon can of tru fuel that says they have in stock , ask for help told of yea been out of that for months , so now I have to buy 110 oz can for $30 when I could have bought 228 ounces for $45 , wouldn’t give me a discount , pointed out that the whole wing stack of $30 was labeled $7 , I wish I was a jerk and pushed the issue in addition to Michigan having a pricing law , but I didn’t went on my way paid for my $30 item so I could finish my project and will never be back

Our cashier, Laura C., greeted us upon entering the store and was very quick when cashing us out. She thanked me for my military service and made sure we found everything we needed. She was very friendly and chit chatted with a smile. These days so many people are much less than friendly and it is refreshing to receive such great service!

My husband and I visited the Macomb store and we were both so appreciative of the outstanding service we received! Jacob in the lawn and garden center really went above and beyond during our visit. Great service is difficult to find these days and he is such an asset to not only your team, but also to your customers! Jacob nailed it! He was kind and attentive and I cannot say enough about his character! Thank you for being you, Jacob!

I bought my upright freezer which was in the month of November and they had Black Friday every Friday in November ! I received an awesome deal !
