I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for over 23 years. It is the store I make an effort to make my #1 store. They have the best people and store set up and great stock. If you have a choice, shop here.

Store was fine but I did purchase some plumbing supplies and should have gone to a plumbing supply store for valves because one leaks and now I need to cut out the work I did and replace valves. I have had issues with poor quality and should have known.

Great store nice workers Saturday is so busy you need to have more staff working. One women had five customers waiting for her help. She was very helpful and explained I will be with you as soon as I can there are 5 people in front on you.

Manager Jonathon, and sales associates Jamal and Shandece. Thank you! all for going above and beyond. Best customer service in town.

I needed assistance in many areas including paint, plumbing, and drywall patching. All the employees, 6 in all, were very knowledgeable in what I was undertaking and suggested that which made my job easier than I thought it was going to be.

Customer Service representatives are great!

There is a solar city employee that walks around the store daily. Asking if they need help finding anything and then goes into his sales pitch on solar. I deal with that cr&p enough in front of my local grocery store every weekend with some group with a table at the entrance and exit.

I have to say my recent experience in the Manchester Home Depot was very pleasant. I asked a store associate for help and he led me to the right department and found the associate for that department who helped me make my purchase , which required About 45 minutes. The young man was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right purchase. He also helped me find discounts to reduce my bill.

Very organized, helpful staff reasonable prices, cudo’s to cashier RAHANA at the Buckland Hills Store in Manchester CT, she was very helpful and courteous!

Wonderful store! We consulted with a qualified electrician who works for Home Depot in store. Very patient and helpful. We had an issue with a missing part to a ceiling light/fan, which wasn't Home Depots fault and they reimbursed us and gave us another. Jamel and Wilma in customer service are top notch and so friendly! One of the managers, Stephanie, is terrific to deal with. A great experience overall!

Clear signs and employees available to field questions. Able to quickly get my answer and help me check out with all that I came to the store for.

EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EXPECT IT TO BE, HELPFUL, CORDIAL & PLEASANT. HARD TO DO 1/2 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.

It is nice to see the same employees that are knowledgeable in their departments.

It all depends on what day of the week you go in or the time of day. Some people are just not ever happy so no matter what your employee tries to do. Over all everyone is happy that I have met in that store.

Employees have just been extremely attentive -- freely answer questions, provide direction, personally walk customers to location they are looking for a specific product, great follow-up when necessary - Can't say enough - totally different atmosphere than most other stores. Well done!!!

The two employees in the appliance area were very helpful. They took the time and answered all my questions.

I have been shopping here for 20+ years we are building our 3rd home and we find this particular Home Depot to have the most knowledgeable and helpful employees from ordering windows to carpet to tile or appliances!

Great store and great people very polite employees

I met one of the associates that just made my day. His name is Nick (by his apron) and is 80 years old. Nick was pleasant in speech an manner. But mostly he was knowledgeable. He found what I was seeking after two others told me that the item I sought was not carried (by Home Depot). Nick took me right to the product with a , "Sure, I know where that is". At 80, Nick is a treasure that The Home Depot should applaud.

I have been going to the Manchester Home Depot for the 23 years I have lived in South Windsor and it is best run most organized store, always have what I need this should be the model for all stores

Love that there are more women employees at Manchester's Home Depot. Women can detect another woman in distress and they don't have any issues coming up and assisting you. HD needs to be more user friendly since most women are the "shoppers" in their families. HD should also stress that you have so many cleaning products at reasonable prices that we wouldn't shop at Target for those items. And, quite a selection of lamps and lighting. I came in for a vaccum, found one on sale for $105. No other store could beat that price.

Nick in the lumber department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed wood materials for my classroom. He helped me select, cut, and deliver the wood to my car. He was very friendly and did not hesitate to help me throughout my experience.
