I have yet to have service like this. I have shopped at 15 different Home Depot’s from NY to SC, FLA, and Tennessee. These associates were amazing!

I purchased a Tuff Shed that came to around $3400. I was hesitant because it was a big purchase. There were also a lot of options I had to think about which had me ready to go home. Lori the Manager went way above and far beyond helping me including multiple calls to the Tuff Shed rep to make sure everything was right. Associate Lexy was very friendly handling my payment. I would not have spent this money today if it hadn't been for Lori.

I've been in many Home Depots, but this one in Manchester is about the coolest.. because it's smaller than most, it is not overwhelming and not crowded with contractors! Customer service is top notch.

I bought my first home almost a year ago. I have purchased many things. Each and every product from home decor to outdoor furniture and lawn care have been amazing!!

All the employees are so helpful and kind, and they usually have anything and everything you’re looking for but if by chance they don’t they kindly and effectively get what you need ASAP, absolutely love coming to this Home Depot

After checking with 5 other stores I finally found my chainsaw blades at the Manchester store. I'm impressed with how pleasantly helpful the staff are.

If you are looking to purchase an appliance ask for Mae. She is very knowledgeable about the products and protection plans. She will help you research to find the perfect product and answer your questions without any pressure. She has assisted us on 4 occasions and we have been VERY PLEASED each time.

Anytime I need any help in the store there is always friendly people at the service desk ready and willing to help that are full of knowledge, one young lady in particular named kimberly

Getting an employee to assist you is like pulling teeth

Low inventory, small selection, they had hardly no Black Friday deals advertised which they should have.

Always easy to get in and out at our Home Depot in Manchester. Store always neat and stocked with what I need. We are always fixing something in our house, or changing something and Home Depot always has what we need.

It's a great place to shop.

The store seems to always be neat and in good order. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. If I can't locate an item there seems to be someone close to help me out.

The employees were very friendly, courteous and very helpful. The store was clean and well organized. Will definitely be going to this store more often.

Do not go if you are in a hurry or need customer service. Waited in line with 11 other customers waiting to checkout with many of the customers being senior citizens. It is a shot in the dark to get anyone to help you with a product, most of the time you have to go find someone. I really like shopping at Home Depot, but online is looking better every day. If Home Depot gets into the political arena, I will shop somewhere else. Politics should not come into question if you are in the supply business, airlines or entertainment. Do what you do well and take care of the consumer with the product you sale.

The Home Depot store in Manchester, Tennessee is fantastic! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and volunteer to help you as soon as you enter the store. Finding anything you need for your home is easy, especially with the help of employees and store management. The store has been well stocked with items I've needed, and it has been neat and clean every time I've shopped there.

Associate Christopher Wade, was awesome. When couldn't locate something, he went back and checked realizing it was relocated with several on-hand. He took the time as i found everything I was searching for. I wish there were more people like him in the world today. JOB WELL DONE.

This is the best store. I am a single woman and keeping a home up can be trying but they always very helpful there.

Sorry store . I informed manager of my complaint and that I was going to contact Atlanta with my concerns..She said they will justr call me. I am disabled, Had a heart transplant 8 yeaars ago, lost my right leg above the knee due to reaction from drug. I was in the garnen section trying to load a cart with 22 5' T Post. I could not get any help. No lights in are. Had to fiish loading by the light of my cell p problems trying to push the cart and opeerate myhone. I were obstructed and I had great problem pushing cart and trying to opperate my power wheel chair. Several times the cart has blocked by item in cart hit and steel post into my knee. I eventualy got back inside the were several at the customer service desk laughting and havibg a great time. NO HELP. nt cashied I then tried to get the cart to the front cashier isles was obstructed while at cashier employee got the manager

We are contractors and this is by far the best store we do business with. Sheena and the pro desk crew are all about their customers and getting us in and out quickly but with the best experience possible. We are made to feel like the only customers in the store every time we come in
